So, I had changed my avatar a couple weeks ago to a picture of some fingers forming the peace sign. I really like the picture, that's why I changed it. Some of you wanted to know why I change it to that from my picture. There really wasn't a reason, just in one of my moods, I suppose.
So, Friday I took this picture and I liked it. It is a better picture of me. I don't feel I'm a drop dead gorgeous woman, but I don't think that I'm butt-ugly either. So, this picture is my newest avatar here on MyLot.
So, do you like my newest avatar or do you like my previous avatars?
How often do you change your avatar? Do you like using pictures of yourself, your kids or of a scene or other form of photography?

It threw me off.
I normally keep mine to pictures of my kids. I would not want any myLotters going blind after looking at a picture of me.

Well, I honestly have to say that you have some beautiful children and I love getting to see the pictures that you put up of them. I know I wouldn't go blind if I seen a picture of you because I'm sure your children got their looks from their mommy, right?

I like your new avatar! When it changed last time, I was looking for your avatar rather than your name in friends discussion and got worried you had left myLot! Once I realized you had just changed your picture, though, all was well and I was able to spot you as usual again when looking for a good discussion to post to. I did like the peace sign as well, though, it's a really cool picture with a great message!
I have only had one avatar so far, the three roses that you see now. I took this picture when I was traveling in Europe a couple summers ago, and I wish I could include a larger version, because I was really proud of how clear it came out (I'm not much of a photographer, really, so the small things excite me!) It's not that I wouldn't consider putting a picture of myself up, I just thought that the roses looked pretty! Maybe my next avatar will be of me!

Yes, those roses are very pretty. I love roses. My favorite rose is a yellow rose. If I ever get married, I want a church full of yellow roses.

This is much much better. Now its more personalised, and we know whom we are writing to. This is a bettr picture of you and you look goooood. Your loss of weight is showing. Keep it up. Good luck always.

Hi, I like your new avatar, singlemommy! I don't really remember what your old one looked like. I think I may have, but not so sure. I have changed my avatar about 7 times, since I have been here. I have let it stay to my flower for about 6 months as of now. I may not change it right now. I may change it during June or July.. It just depends on my mood. I hope that I can find the same avatar. I hope that I can save it to my computer when I do.

Hi there, I have not changed my avatar since I become a member of mylot. I have thought about putting my real picture there but than I like to be a mysterie too! ;0 I think your new picture is cool, I guess whatever people choose is fine with me. I mean I do like personal photos better I think but I have seen some creative avatars too! take care and happy mylotting to you singlemommy,

I think a picture is more personal, but like you, I do think some avatars are really creative and I love seeing them too, but I do sometimes wonder what those people actually look like.
