You are active. That is the whole of it. You are a basketball player and you drink lots of water. Those two things right there keep you from gaining weight. Fat weight anyway. Muscle weighs more than fat. And if she is marrying you, you have obviously already impressed her so don't worry about that. Just worry about making yourself happy with yourself. If you are unhappy with your physique because you don't feel healthy or you don't have enough energy (clearly not the problem, just an example) then be concerned about it but don't worry about what you look like to impress the girl who has already agreed to marry you.

I think you need to consult a doctor, becuase your body is not acepting the nutretions correctly, you need to eat lots of fat and protein foods. By the way tell me one thing why do u want to be fat when you a sportsman? all sportsman have average stable body. You can have body plus capsule and mega mass 4000 protein powder But it will be better if you consult your problem with a good doctor.

Wow, how lucky are you?!! I'd love to trade metabolisms with you any time. :) God is so unfair sometimes, he gives fats to those who don't need it and none to those who need it. of course I know that it is not really Him who makes us fat, but still... I'd recommend drinking a protein shake to make you bulk up. that should work. If it doesn't, then I'm sure the girl you're marrying won't care at all of she really loves you.

First of all chill out. You weight cannot increase if you worry that much. First of all eating is just not enough but you also need to relax and get adequate amount of sleep to get fatter. Well I am not telling you to be lazy though. And about marriage, don't worry about it, you will actually like a girl when time comes or a girl might come to you don't worry about it. But remember who you are and you are good the way you are, don't change yourself just to impress a girls cause that's how most people fail in their life.

This is just the same problem i have with my hubby, he is thin and i wanted to make him gain weight and add some lean. I now that his work is difficult because of time shifts and he needs more sleep, but he is lazy to eat. I tried vitamins but i don't know which one will work well for him. Besides he is tall, so his body would really need a lot of protein and such for the muscles to develop more. I suggest him to go to a gym but he said his work does not allow him too because of changing schedule. So i make sure he eats plenty of food and also some junk that will i think make him gain something to his weight. Still, just like you, i am still searching for ways to keep him stout

I think it is in your genes that you can not gain weight. However hard you try it would be difficult for you to put on fats on your body. YOu should be happy that you are not gaining weight as most of the people in world are sick of gaining weight. lol

When you are creating your weight gain diet, you will hear many opinions on how many calories you should be adding per day and what kind of foods you need to eat. The truth is that you need to experiment to see what is right for you. Here is a sample weight gain diet that can help you experiment and get started. Breakfast should combine whole grains and high calorie and nutrient rich foods. For example combine granola, chopped nuts, raisins and banana into yogurt and enjoy a glass of milk with it. Have a snack mid morning with something rich like peanut butter or cheese with a piece of fruit. For lunch have a calorie rich salad including avocado, canned tuna, vegetable, olives, lettuce, sesame seeds and olive oil or a sandwich with lean meats and a lot of vegetables. Have a mid afternoon snack of milk with a muffin or granola bar. For dinner have baked chicken with vegetables and rice. Enjoy some ice cream for dessert. Gaining weight is an individual process. Some people will have less difficulty putting on weight than others. Remember that gaining weight fast is not practical. Gaining weight at the rate of 2-3 pounds a week is a sensible. By adding 1000 calories a day to your required calorie need, you can gain 2-3 pounds in a week. If you seem to be gaining weight at a faster rate, you may want to eliminate some calories or fats. Slow and steady is the way for healthy weight gain.

I don't know what to say. I also used to be underweight but it was because of my poor appetite. Then a friend advised me to go to the gym and workout which I did. After each workout I ended up being extremely hungry, ate a huge amount of food and 1 liter of soy milk which is very rich in protein. I gained more than 20 pounds this way and filled up. I don't know if this strategy is gonna work for you because you're already eating plenty and working out at the same time. Maybe you could give us you're height and weight so you can calculate your BMI. Anyway, if you have a six pack and are ripped I'm sure you're not that frail or underweight. Good luck with your marriage. I hope everything goes well.

I think health is the most important thing. If you have a good personality, a positive attitude towards life, you will lead a happy life. The ones who stay with you will feel happy too. They won't care about whether you are fat or not. It's your health that they reaaly care abou.

I am just not sure about your preoblem but I think it has to do with your metabolism that is why you don't get that much weight on you. I suspect thought that it might have something to do with your thyroid glands as this is responsible for metabolism of your body. If I were you you might be interested to consult to an endocrinologist if you want to have it checked.

Are you too worried about how your girlfriend feels about your physical appearance. She is in love with you. Put more emphasis on your relationship than how you look. What will you do when you get older. Will it depress you. She will much more enjoy your smile and that you love her. In the meantime, maybe you should see a doctor to put your mind at ease. Try to find a doctor that will evaluate your fat/muscle mass and can tell you if you fall in the normal range for your height and age. There may be a physical problem that needs to be addressed. All in all I wish you a blessed and happy many years of marriage.

Too much sports u have to do everyday, so your body can't store energy and you can't get fat.

Well 1 I don't see how getting fat will impress anyone especially if you are in shape and not a skeleton. And 2 if she agreed to marry you she is probably already impressed with you. But anyway to help you of the 4000 calories you take in a day make it bad food you know sweets with lots of sugar or heavy starchy foods. Trade the water for soda or at least a Gatorade or something. And exercise as little as your basketball coach allows.
