Can you tie a tie ?

Hi there,
How many of you people cannot tie a tie? I've been wearing tie through out my school life. But still I'm unable to do this task by myself. I was just wondering if there is anyone like me?

i can!
was forced to learn as it was part of my uniform. and at a point a time i was a prefect, which meant i had to wear a tie everyday. The funny thing is i can tie on myself but not when it's on somebody else.

Yes, it was also a part of my uniform and my mom would help me to wear it everyday. She also told me how to hear it several times but whenever I tried to do it by myself I ended up getting puzzled. I think not everything is meant for everyone.

I can tie a tie, after about 10 tries lol. I used to be able to do it pretty good but as my husband don't have to wear a tie for work, I have lost that touch. When I know there is a big event coming up, I always try to look up "How to Tie a Tie" and look over the instructions just to get a refresher, so it hopefully won't take me 10 times, but it usually always does, lol.

yes i can tie a tie...lol
actually we had this compulsion in our college days that we had to tie a tie everyday and then i had to learn it..even now sometime being a management student we have to wear bleazers and so tie becomes compulsory in that case we have to tie then.. well i love ties a lot.. i simply go outside and hunt for good ties ... i wish i have a husband who does not know to tie a tie and requests me everytime to do that... oh i would love to do that so much... ;)
