Do you have anxiety? If you do, what causes you to have anxiety and what helps you feel better so you don't have it? Do you ever pray or meditate or walk or exercise to relieve it? And how long have you been having anxiety?

i posted similar questions to this, i have anxiety too and i dont like it. But i think the best way to deal with it is to fight this disorder. My boyfriend always tell me that exercise helps a lot to burn the nervous energy. Im trying to keep a journal so i will know how it really start and how can i solve it. Still dealing with it now. i hope i can overcome this.

I had severe anxiety attacks years ago, and I had talk therapy with some medication for 2 years, and then found ways to keep myself busy with some exercise, and doing some small things around the house. in time I was fortunate to work my way out of it. Also, God gave me a wonderful mate who also worked with me.

I suffer from Overanxious Disorder and had a panic attack after an accident inside a coach bus happened to me 3 years ago. You know we can live without a good transportation, and I can't go to where is too far from my home. I have stayed at home for a long period of time and been crying all the time. I wanted to be a normal person again after I had a panic attack in a bus heading to a shopping mall, my hubby was with me that time, that comforted me so much, but I knew I just ruined a happy time that day. Finally, I recognized I should change, because my hubby deserved a better life too. I can't let him always sitting by my side, he should have enjoyed so much fun with me in those horrible 3 years. I think once you try to face your anxiety positively, your anxiety would have been reduced by half. I learnt to desensitize the anxiety from a book. I love to face my problem now. There is one sentence can explain this method in the book, which is "When one is fallen from a horse, the best way to overcome the fear from that horse is to ride on that horse immediately after you fell from it". Exercises help. As you let yourself have time to think other things from your anxiety problem. Good day~ Happy myLotting:))

Sorry, I just miss some words... We can't live without a good transportation, and I can't go to where is too far from my home, as I can't take bus/taxi/van or any kind of vehicles.

Yes, I do have anxiety attacks, I do have anxiety issues. It's difficult for me to say exactly what is the cause of my anxiety, and my anxiety attacks. There are a few things that can cause these attacks.

I've had anxiety for 3 years now. I used to take medications for it. Now I don't and I am taking my time to recover from others things along with the left over bits of anxiety. Feeling pressured caused me to get anxious. What about you?

I have really bad anxiety attacks. I am on medication only when i need to take it thought. The medication will calm you down and most likely put u to sleep. The things that causes my anxiety is people telling me bad things about my boyfriend of when he calls me and tells me something bad that he is going to do i get nervous and just dont knwow aht to do with myself. I dont do anything to releave the anxiety but just taking the medication i have for it.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

Do you mean anxiety attack. I do have that, it only happens during rare times. But I do manage to mellow myself down before it got out of hand.
