what should i eat in the deep night?

i am always hungry after 11pm and always eat some snack,but i know it's unheathy.so what should i eat or what should i do to tackle my hungry belly?

Rookie you need to readjust your eating habits, maybe one reason why you feel hungry during the night is that your skipping breakfast or lunch. If ever your doing that, its better that you take a full good meal at breakfast or during lunchtime so that you supply of carbohydrates wont be depleted fast. Try also taking 6 small frequent meals meaning you eat six times a day but in small amounts only, so that you wont have to take a large meal in each of the 3 mealtime namely breakfast, lunch and dinner. Better yet during dinner, eat fruits, because they are digested slower than carbohydrates like bread or rice, so your stomach will have more time to dissolve them thus avoiding the feeling of hunger at night. Drink also a warm milk before going to bed, to relax you stomach, a hyperactive stomach will make digestion faster therefore making you feel hunger even faster. Avoid eating false carbohydrates like chips or other snacks, yes they fulfill your hunger but only in a small span of time, cause they are empty carbohydrates. oh,i do the same thing.i like working till midnight,that time i always have some biscuits or noodles.

Go to sleep be before 11pm, haha. If you can't do that, eat some fruit.
