Favorite horror films of all time?

In honor of the upcoming 'last house on the left' I decided to see if we can throw some horror titles around, so what are your all time favorite horror movies of all time? myself, I am not much for the gore genre of horror movies, but dont mind afew titles. My absolute favorite horror movie would have to be "The Exorcist". It was way ahead of its time, its based on a true story, and it still has a powerful effect on me when I watch it.
