Reinhardt Maybe. From what I hear on the steam forums, it will be free and released on or before april 21'st for both pc and xbox. head over to the forums, There should be alot of discussions regarding this soon.

Reinhardt Unless your using demanding programs that require absurd amounts of ram I would say go with two 1gig sticks, also they will run in "dual channel" which increases there preformance slightly.

Reinhardt The I7 is the fastest for sure, but youl pay for it. I would suggest a more cost efficient chip such as phenom II.

Reinhardt I suggest Nokia as well, I picked up the N95 8G not to long ago and have nothing bad to say about it one bit. It may seem a little pricey but Its well worth it. With a 5MB camera, mp3 player, installed NES emulator, it virtually replaced a few of my gadgets.

Reinhardt Thanks, I mainly do the same. pictures are a big part of carrying a phone with me as well (N95). I reacently installed a NES emulator on my phone and find myself playing more games now also.

Reinhardt I'll second this. AVG is a wonderfull program, and is free. I cant say anything good about other programs though. Try to keep your installed / running applications to a minimum. Your computer will love you for it.

Reinhardt I think the catigory you mean is 'third person shooter'. First person shooters are games you only view your weapon and whats ahead of you.

Reinhardt I would also suggest an HP Compaq. Pluss you can allways upgrade later. It can be expensive to build your own machine, so starting with a prebuilt deal is not such a bad idea for a new pc.
