Awww poor little fella - I think I would rather have went hungry than braved that weather! WE have had some very cold and extremely windy weather of late but although we had snow showers on Sunday it did not lie on the ground! xxxx

We had a serious downpour with hail probably the night your storm hit. It was awful to see the rain, but overall we are grateful for the moisture.

Hi Grandpa Bob! It must have been very cold in your place! However, in our place we are experiencing a very hot weather. We are being warned of heat wave and we are experiencing 33-35 degrees C hot weather. And it will still get hotter in the next days up to 43 degrees C as forecast by the weather bureau here. Oh my! Poor little thing! No storms here lately but my neighbor says there will surely be one more snow before spring really comes. I remember a few weeks ago seeing a squirrel that lives in the tree out back, it was snowing big fluffy flakes and he was sitting on a branch shielding his back and head from the snow with his tail. I felt so sorry for him! That's when he began eating the suet, I was glad it was there for him.

Lately, we've had quite springlike weather... sunshine and still air, although a little chilly. In between though, we had a couple of days of squally wind and rain, so we're not out of the woods quite yet! Nevertheless, this is typical March weather in England, so I'm not too unhappy with it. I love it when squirrels come around for food. I know they're regarded as destructive, but I think they're so cute... and crafty! Brightest Blessings Grandpa Bob and thank you for sharing.

No real bad storms. Just some flash rain storms. ALot of wind lately, but that's it. Hopefully the wind won't bring down any branches on your new roof. The roof is less than 5 months old. Keeping fingers crossed.

The weather here in UK has warmed up somewhat of late, I can tell because my gas is lasting longer now hehe! Yesterday when the sun came out it was absolutely gorgeous in it, so warm, I sat on my doorstep for ages at one point with the sun shining on my face and I cannot tell you how good it made me feel!!!

None yet, but it is becoming so hot in here nowadays. You just want to stay inside the house. The heat of the sun sends this burning sensation on your skin, that if you can just stay inside all day, you would.Summer has come too early and it is forecast to become much hotter until the middle of May, whew! Sometimes, i wish that we could have a little taste of your snow there.
