do you listen to love songs when you are down and depress or broken-hearted?

I do listen to love songs and classic music when am sad and depressed. I don't understand this because supposedly if we're going to rationalized it, we should not do that because it will only makes a person more lonely and feeling down. However, I felt a little relief if I do so, maybe because I can relate more to the situation specially if the music entails being broken-hearted and painful.

Pain of Salvation's "Undertow" is my depressed song. It's great when you're not upset too but especially for those bad, down, sad moments. I love it!

The sad thing is that I do listen to it but no it does not make me feel better. I know it only makes things worse but it helps a little thinking that some one else shares the same problems as me. I just cant listen to rock or anything loud when I wanna cry. I like for the tears to just roll and roll. Weird huh?
