Has anyone heard of or doing T-Tapp exercises?

I heard of this exercise program about a year ago and my husband bought me the basic program for Mother's Day after I read the book. I like to use the recommended standing position when I walk and it really helps? What do you think of it?

You can view some of the sample exercises on www.t-tapp.com You might be able to check out Teresa Tapp's book from the library. That is shown on the web site also. It comes with a DVD in the back. Her program has been recommended by Dr. Pericone in one of his books- also on the web site. She started out as a physical therapist. Her exercises do not have music because you have to concentrate on the moves but you are done exercising a whole lot faster than most programs. I noticed that I stood straighter after just doing the exercises for three days. I like the way she tells you to stand and I think she says somewhere how to walk so that you don't hurt your knees. My knees have not bothered me since I have applied her suggestions. Let me know what you think if you get a chance. Thank you for your response.
