Many a times it used to be a miracle how I manage to slide in my other leg into the trouser without tumbling down into all fours.

Actually hurt myself while trying that once. Tripped and banged my head on a corner and had an egg on it for sometime. Very careful after that and take the support of something or sit down now and do the needful.

I always used to have good balance on one leg but I think it migrated to my mind. My mind's good at balancing things out these days but my balance on one leg is NOT! I tend to step into my skirts either whilst sitting, or in a place where I have something to hang onto, but the latter doesn't always work because you need two hands to pull on your garment. Maybe if you dressed either close to the bed, or something with a surface large enough to take your butt if you topple, you could save ending up on all fours! lol. Brightest Blessings my friend.

I know I couldn't put on my trousers that way. I use the sit on the bed method. My balance is so bad I can't put one foot on the pedal of a bike and pull up the other foot in time to start riding.

It is always better to wear your trousers surrounded by sofas and beds.

I'm pretty good at the balance thing. When I was little I would act like a tight rope walker and balance on the rim of my grandfather's fishing boat.LOL..it was a wonder I didn't fall and break a leg.

Hi balasri, frankly speaking, sometimes I am not good in balancing to stand on one leg while putting on the trousers, especially when I’m still in the sleeping mood early in the morning. I always try to stand with my back facing to the wardrobe, so that my back or my arm can lean against the wardrobe before trip over. So I would like to change my trousers sitting on one side of the bed most of the time. Happy posting and good luck.

If ever I visit your house your bed is going to be crowded with people trying to put on their trousers.

I was not good at it at all until three things happened. 1. My trainer makes me workout on one leg for a lot of excercises (it strenthens your core [stomach]). 2. Wii Fit 3. Yoga With those three things my balance has become much better. Great question Thanks Zelo

That is always a wise decision to prevent limping with a beautiful gathering.

Oh, hehehhee. That's okay. I think that happens to everyone some of the time.^_^ Im not an expert on balancing on one leg but I can say that Im not bad at it. My cousins and I used to compete with each other in odd things. One leg balancing act included hehehe.

I'm pretty good at it. It's part of the stretching routine after a workout that we stand on one leg while holding the other at the back and extending one arm on the side :) I've never fallen off on my stance. Thanks for the response on my discussion!
