Have you ever tried Apple Cobbler before?

I went to Piggly Wiggly just recently and I ordered a dinner. Included in this dinner was a dessert. It was the Apple Cobbler dessert. This is my first time trying it, so I didn't know what to expect. So, I ate it and it tasted really good. It was very sweet and it had a crunchy like texture to it. It was delicious. The only thing that I noticed about it, was that it was very sweet. It is similar to the Peach Cobbler. If you have tried this before, do you like it? If you haven't then, do you think that you would like to try it? Please share your comments with me. Thanks!

yes, I have and I certainly love apple cobbler. I have tried others, strawberry, peach, etc. But I like apple the best.

Hi cream97! Oh my I do love apple cobblers. I have tasted the best apple cobbler when I was visiting a friend in London years ago and how much I missed it. Ummm, yummy! There are a lot of apple cobblers here but not that as yummy as the one I had years ago. But in fairness, the apple cobblers served here are great too. It just so happened that I just love the one my friend prepared for me more. LOL

Hi cream97,
I have made apple cobbler many years ago and loved it and so tdid my hubby and then he expect me to cook puddings every night so I put a stop to and now I don't cook any sweets things much only now and again when I feel like it. Hugs.

I actually make this dessert from scratch. It's really very easy. If your interested in making it..I'll PM you a recipe. I make strawberry and peach cobblers too. If you have one recipe the only thing you change is the fruit. I really like cobbler too.

What? You've never had Apple Cobbler? haha..j/k. Yeah I've had it before, my grandma used to make it all the time, that and peach cobbler, I miss them, I can't seem to make them myself...lol. Yeah, it can be very sweet, thats why I don't eat them that often, just once in awhile...Have a good day
