spybot s&d or lavasoft adaware

which client would you rather use to delete junk files from your pc? they are about the same to me, the teatimer on spybot drives me insane. I am currently using lavasoft
adaware, just downloaded it! good luck and happy mylotting

junk files...?I use Windows XP Manager...it has junk file remover plus registry cleaner...beside this, it also has many other embedded utilities needed to tweak windows xp...

Well Lavasoft Adaware is a pretty decent software, in my opinion better than Spybot.

Spybot is the best program out there. It was recommended to me recently and I haven't stopped using it.
I used to use Adaware, but it doesn't catch as much as Spybot does.
And it still works on my junker of a computer which is about to die on me anyways.
