Are you making Corned Beef and Cabbage on St. Patrick's Day?

I love corn beef and cabbage and yes i will be making it on St Pattys day. I love to cook so i will probably have mashed potatoes, homemade rolls and some kind of vegetable, maybe asparagus. I have just learned dto love asparagus. I am one quarter irish and so are my boys because their dad was a quarter irish too. I love irish music and the dance :)

Actually, my Mom is going to take care of that in my house and do the traditional Irish meal for us! I lve this kind of food, but only she and I will eat it, unfortunatly. I LOVE corned beef and cabbage, and we always throw some potatoes in the pot, because they come out SOOO yummy. My mouth is watering waiting for Tuesday! nope I am not making it because I don't have the ingredients but it sure does sound wonderful.

I will be eating it, but I will not be the one making it. I got invited over for supper. I also am going to a family thing this weekend where there will probably be corned beef and cabbage as well.

My wife makes it every year. She loves to make it and she is the only one in our family that actually likes cabbage though. The rest of us eat the corned beef, and potatoes, and my wife will cook corn for the rest of us. I also really like sour krout with my corned beef.

Well, I'm pretty late in answering this question. No, I didn't make corned beef and cabbage. I really wanted it, but my boys don't like it. Instead, I made Irish Stew. I have to admit, it was quite good! I was pretty proud of myself!

I must say that I have every year and this will not being any differnt. I love corn beef and cabbage so this is not the only time of year I eat it I just had it about a week ago. I have never tried the potatoes with it I will have to try it thanks you.
