Just a note to remind you that I will be gone for quite a while. Please do not delete me as your friend, as I will be with my son at the hospital. If we are lucky, we will be home in 7 to 10 days, but it could be alot longer. We are praying everything goes well and we will be home soon. We go Wed. and surgery is Thurs.. Please keep praying!! I will be back as soon as possible.

I can't speak for everyone on your list but in my three years here at myLot I find people are pretty loyal. I have no intention of deleting you iff my list and have every intention to keep praying hard and heavy. I think the younger you are sometimes is in ones favor. Good luck and yes EVERYONE lets keep praying for Thoroughrob, they need us right now big time!!! (((BIG HUGS)))

I just did not want to anyone that was cleaning up to think that I had left. We could be up there for a very long time if something happens. Thanks for all the prayers and support.

Thanks so much. It definitely won't be a quick recovery. He said it will take no less than 6 months to a year before he is back to himself.

I've been busy with a new grandchild, but am glad I read this! My prayers, like so many others, will be with you! The Lord bless you and keep you.. Make all things go well, very well..

I go through mine every now and then and usually wait 3 months of no activity, but god help us, I pray I won't be gone that long. Thanks so much.

I've kept this discussion in my inbox the whole week so I could get back to you when I could. I couldn't delete you for anything in this world!! Are you kidding?! Anyway, by now the surgery day has passed and I'm wondering how is your son doing? I can imagine he's in a lot of pain, bless his heart, but at least he's still with us, right? Please do let us know as soon as you can for we're all praying for his safe and happy recovery as well as you and your husband's sanity!! Hugs!!

We are home!! The doctor could not believe how fast he was recovering. As for our sanity, it has been gone for a long time!! 
We have to spend alot of time working with him to teach him new ways of doing things. Keep the prayers coming, please, he still has a very long way to go.

Hey Thoroughrob~I would not even think of deleting you as a
friend no matter how long you were gone! But, I do hope that
you will keep us posted and let us know even if you have just
one second to get on the computer how your son is doing,
because there are alot of us that will be praying for him
every second until we know that he is ok. Please know that
he will be in out thoughts (at least mine) and prayers every
minute of every day. I know that he will be better than ever.
I have faith that your doctor knows that he can make him much
better from the things that you said about him. You just keep
hope in your heart and stay strong for that young man that
you have and I know that soon he will be stronger than ever!

You are so sweet, and thank you for all the kind words. I am really going to miss this place. It is my place to just relax and sometimes vent and lay everything out on the table without upsetting anyone else. My friends on here have been great. I will get on here as soon as I get home and all settled in and let everyone know how things go. Thanks so much. The prayers are definitely appreciated.

I will be praying for you and Bryan. I'm sure it will go well but you'll certainly get a few grey hairs waiting for the surgery to be finished! You'll both be in my thoughts and prayers--be strong and have faith.
