Spending the weekends at the beach

Do you love to going to the beach? Yesterday, my family were at the beach the whole day. The weather was fine and our skins were not burned. The exhilirating picturesque view of the sea and its long coast was so beautiful that I couldn't stop myself from daydreaming. My dauther, nephews and neices had a nice time building sand castles while the big ones enjoyed the cool water. It was fun. We are planning to go back to the beach next weekend when some of our relatives come for a visit. Do you also love to spend your weekends at the beach?

Yes I do but it is still to cold in England to sunbath but at easter we are off for the week to Brighton it will be to cold to swim or anything but I love to walk along the beach and look out to sea,it is just so beautiful and it clears all the cobwebs away.Sea air is so good for you,I will take my wet suit and if possible I may take a dip. When mine were little they used to build sandcastles and play all day the freedom of the beach is wonderful.

I also love walking along the beach and it's a little exercise for me (just to shed off some excess fats). I could not resist the seawaters that I always get my feet wet.

Oh wouldn't I love to! We don't live anywhere near a beach. The best we can do would be either spend the day lounging by the pool *which won't even open until the first weekend in May* or we could drive about an hour and half and visit a lake that has a sandy shore. I don't really like swimming there because the water isn't very clean anymore. It used to be the best place to swim in the area, but that was 20 years ago. Pollution has taken it over now.

I was told today that another nearby lake has been cleaned up quite a bit over the last two or three years. So, we may drive down next weekend to see about it! It would be great to have a place to go and swim and just play in the water. I mean, we have the pool but you can't take the boat out in the pool!

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. A polluted water isn't nice to see, how much more to swim. We are very fortunate to have many beaches and natural springs hear where we can spend the summer.

Oh that's also the dream of my husband, to get a beach house for our family. We all love the beach and a house fronting the beach would perfectly be alright.

The nearest beach resort is 3 hours away from our place so we don't get to visit often.. we just go there once a year.. last month, my hubby and i went to Boracay in Aklan via Cebu Pacific Air.. Boracay is one of the best white sand beaches here in the Philippines.. And in fact, it's the most popular tourist destination here.. They've got oodles of hotels ranging from budget to five star hotels.. =) since it's already westernized expect to see lots of restaurants and bars that are open till the wee hours in the morning.. of course, your vacation won't be complete without trying out Bora's fun filled water activities..

My husband was there many months ago and just enjoyed looking at the pictures he took. He was there for a week-long seminar and he also had the chance to enjoy the beach and bar. They stayed at mandarin Oriental Hotel, a very cozy and expensive hotel. It was a ncie experience for him.
