Downloading Music

Like most people, I'll admit to downloading music here and there. The stuff that I download is not the stuff i could find in my local music store or order from sites like amazon. I made it a point to only look for stuff not readily available in North America. There is a lot of music from Eastern Europe, especially Croatia, that I happen to really like, and that is very hard to find. I buy CDs where I can, but there are times when songs are only available for Download, in which case I'll download them. Why do you like to download music?

i also download music as well. i do it because of the convenience also, and plus a lot of the online stores like amazon somebody had mentioned they do not have the current or old music from that artist. if they had did a couple demos that werent released, you would definitely be able to find it by downloading.

you have to be careful about downloading there are new laws in canada against it. When you download and you pay that is different but the copyright laws are getting stricter.

I do it because there is a lot of music and videos available on the Internet that aren't available any more in stores anywhere. I am partial to older music from the Soviet Union (Alla Pugacheva, Maxim Galkov, etc.) that I can't get, even from "Russian DVD". Most of those came out in the '70s and '80s and aren't available any more.
