according to some study, Our minds may wander during boring tasks, because daydreaming is actually the brain's normal state rather than a pointless destruction.Daydreaming or mind-wandering-familiar to one and all is just precisely defined as a state of mind where thoughts that experienced by an individual are unrelated on what is going on in the environment around w/ them.. when wandering, the brain flits from one thought to the next, generating images, voices, thoughts and feelings.. when doing a day dreaming, it helps enhance mind... do you believe in this?

One way or another, this might be true because when we day dream, I believe we somehow enhance and develop our mind's creative skills by imagining and by virtually mentally active..well, this is just my opinion though. But at least when one daydreams, he is not really wasting time for nothing but spending time in a more different way. Good discussion Jon!

Yes I will completely agree with that statement and also all dreaming of any kind will help enhance your mind and help you understand just about anything you want to better. It also helps you find yourself as well as things like meditation and things of that sort. I would recommend looking up lucid dreaming as well as astral projection if you're interested in dreaming in any way.

I didn't know that. Well, all I know is that daydreaming or more like imagining to me...

That seems to make sense that daydreaming is the brains natural state. I wonder how this enhances it though. I supposed that maybe it helps you problem solve or think things through. I know that I constantly day dream. I don't know if I'm any smarter because of it though. Daydreaming is usually connected with creative thoughts rather than intelligence.
