mega mass or weigh protein

I weigh 123lbs and I stand 5'6". Which is more appropriate to take mega mass or weigh protein? Currently i work out two body parts a day and about 3-4 times a week. Would that be fine? And how much should I eat during the day? Currently I eat 6 times a day, 3 heavy meals, and the other 3 light meals. Is that fine to build muscle? thanks

Sounds like you're over eating. But that's a stupid assumption since I don't really know what you mean by "heavy" and by "light" meals. Although I assume that you really do mean heavy. Try eating small frequent meals instead. So that means - drop the heavy meals and go for 5-6 light meals a day. I don't know which meds is more appropriate for you to take but building muscles isn't about eating a lot and working out a lot - it's about working out a lot with a good routine, and having a high-protein diet. Avoid fatty foods and cut back a little on carbs, but don't drop the whole thing. Thanks for the response on my discussion!
