A cheesey discussion!

There are hundreds of varieties of cheese on the market today. All different flavours , colours and textures. Personally I love cheese. In fact, if I dont have cheese, I feel like theres nothing to eat!
An italian lady one time showed me a variety of very hard cheese, and I cant think of the name of it. It had an awful smell. But she used to cut chunks of it and dip it in batter and fry it. She would keep this in the fridge for snacks when she wanted to nibble. It was delicious!
What is your favorite cheese and how do you like to eat it?
I think I like cheddar and mozzarella. I love the cheddar in macaroni and cheese and the mozza on pizza or sandwiches or anything requiring a cheese topping!
Cheddar cheese, I also love to just eat in chunks with grapes or on crackers.

I love cheddar,mozzarella,Gouda,pepper jack and chipolata cheese the best.

I also like gouda cheese..I havent had it in a while though. I wish I could find the name of the cheese that the woman taught me to fry. I cant remember the name but it was a very hard white italian cheese

YUMMMMMM...cheese!...Ever since I was a little kid, I always have loved grilled cheese sandwiches and still do. I think they are my favourite. I do like them however made with cheese slices although I do not eat them alone. Extra cheese on Pizza is good as well. I think maybe stringy mozzarella is my favourite for pizza and stuff and slices for my grilled cheese sandwiches

I also love grilled cheese sandwiches...i like both slices and cheddar in them, and i like to dip them in ketchup.

Oh gosh, you just made me CRAVE good cheese! lol If I'm eating it alone, I love provolone and mozzarella. If I'm eating it on some kind of sandwich, I prefer swiss or pepper jack cheese. There are just so many different, yummy, kinds of cheese out there!!
