The way to loose weight and to maintain is by eating routine. Don't diet! Diet as everybody says is temporary. Eat little every three hours, actually you can eat everything you like, like burger, buy a burger slice it in four, eat one slice, drink two glass of water every three hours. You say you're eating healthy foods right. Here's what you need to do. Divide your single meal into three, place it in food container each. Don't go hungry, eat every three hours with two glasses of water. Do this up until before bedtime, and don't skip a meal, just every three hours. Make this a habit it will surely loose your fat every day. But don't hurry loosing weight, cause when it loose it will be gone forever. Here is your office exercise tip. Do the running while your sitting. here's how, on a sitting position raise your leg up and down, don't strait your leg just raise it and bounce your toe towards the floor for one minute then stretch your leg, count 10 sec and release (by the way take off your shoes first). Do the mush potato, raise your hand at chest level on bended elbow close both your hand and encircle hand to each other do this for one minute. After that contract your stomach and count 1 minute then release, your breathing is natural don't hold it. These exercise does not require you to stand just be there on your chair. Do the exercise three times a day

If your over weight is due to hereditary, then it is very difficult to reduce it.But you can try various tips to reduce your over weight. 1. Take control of what you eat. Weight watchers should have complete control over what they eat. One should never have the habit of eating everything laid in front of them. Eat as much as required. In simple, do not over-eat 2. Increase the intake of unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains. These types of foods can be consumed in plenty without gaining weight. Meat can be included in ones diet, care should be taken that its lean meat and not the deep fried ones. 3.Eat more fiber. Fiber rich diet should be made an integral part of one's meal. This not only aids in increasing the metabolism but makes us feel full sooner and stays longer in the stomach ensuring decrease in appetite. Refined grains like white rice and those used to make white bread and sugary breakfast cereals have had most of their fiber and nutrients striped away. They turn into blood sugar (glucose) so fast that, like sugar itself, they can cause a spike in our insulin level. This tells our body that plenty of energy is readily available and that it should stop burning fat and start storing it. 4. Cutting down on sugar is essential as the insulin spike caused by eating foods like white rice is even more dramatic when eating sugar itself. One has to be cautious on sugar in coffee and soda pop. It can add up quickly, and these drinks aren't filling. 5. Too little of a good thing. Fat should not be totally eliminated from our diet for its required to maintain a healthy body. One should learn to differentiate between beneficial and hazardous saturated fats. 6. Eat frequently, but always eat slowly. Never skip a meal, and eat healthy snacks between meals. Eating frequently prevents hunger pangs, provides consistent energy, and maintains metabolism efficiency. Human bodies are designed with survival mechanism which results in slowing down the metabolic activity when one tends to go on a crash diet or skips a meal to conserve energy. Eating slowly gives our body time to tell us they are full before we eat more than we need 7. Consume lots of warm water. Consumption of lots of warm water not only burns the calories but also increases the metabolic activity. 8. Avoid fried foods. Fried foods, especially deep-fried, although they are tasty to eat contain a great amount of fat. While chicken and fish are usually leaner than beef, they can contain more fat than beef when they are fried. 9. Cut down on fat when you treat yourself to a Pizza avoid the luxury of the extra layer of cheese or mayonnaise. Eliminate the cream from your salads. 10. Exercise regularly. Exercise not only helps to burn calories, but your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate even after you stop exercising. If walking is all you can do, then walk because it's been proven to be great for you. But don't sit too long. The human body is good at adapting. If you dig ditches without gloves, you will develop calluses to protect your hands. If you sit too long, you will develop extra padding to keep you comfortable!11. Increase your protein intake. Without protein your body cannot build new muscle. Protein also helps to increase your metabolism - which burns calories.

First of all, 6kg off in 7 weeks is not slow i would say. Perhaps the relative number 99kg compared with 105kg is still not your ideal weight, but the absolute one 6kg cannot just be ignored. Apparently, following diet combined with exercises is the best and most healthy way to lose weight. What's more, reasonably taking some slimming pills could raise your cfficiency. But pay attention, do choose those purely natual ones which help expulse body toxin or dissolve fat instead of harmful ones such as diuretic.

1) Write it down (write down how much you want to lose, write down the time frame for losing, write down what you will need to do to reach that goal) 2) Visualize the goal (visualize often on how you will look, the size clothing you will wear, how people will react to your slimmer self) 3) Affirm your goal (I am slim. I look great as a slim person. I'm happy to be slim. I'm happy, healthy, and slim) Happy success!

I went though this a couple of years ago when I quit smoking. Jogging is not going to do much but strengthen your legs. believe it or not I use the WII fit now, but you want to see inches come off in a hurry. Swimming and dancing. When swimming, you are using every single muscle in your body. Just don't count calories, stay away from soda, including diet ones, water, water, and more water. Red meats are ok, but only about 7oz (the size of your palm)lots and lots of chicken and fish. Veggies and fruit are good, but not all of them. They have carbs and nature sugars in them that slow you down. Grapefruit is a good one to eat. I lose almost 50lbs on my own without having to do a diet plan. Research is key. Try caloriesbythehour.com. Believe it or not your burning calories when are just sitting at work, there are sit down exercises that you can do at your desk. Good luck and hopes this bit of info has helped!!!

I lost about 11 lbs by just drinking water and a lot of it... over a gallon a day. Drinking water raises metabolism which aids your body in burning fat while idle or excercising.

Have you tried fasting? There are many different types of fasting. I started fasting again this week because I decided that I want to lose 35 more pounds. I do 5 days of fasting, and 2 days off. My type of fasting is liquids only (bottled water, herbal tea, protein drink, 2% milk and Snapple AOX (cause I love that stuff *s*). I don't recommend starting out with a 5/2 fast. It's hard and if you're not used to it, you can end up sick (dizziness, nausea, headaches, etc). When you take the 2 days off of the fasting, I recommend eating plenty of fruits and veggies, soups & salads. If you start shoving high calorie & fatty foods down, you'll only gain the weight back, and maybe even add weight.

I lost 60 lbs using "Top Secret Fat Loss Secret" without dieting. Check out http://www.nathan2662.allinonehealth.com. I too sit at the computer and excercise regularly and eat well. How I ultimately lost the weight was getting to the core of my weight problem. And the cool thing is it didnt involve dieting which only addresses the fat problem on a superficial level.Check out this site for the details. I hope this helps! It sure helped me.

Hey there. I have a program that helps with this. You can use it online for free or they have an option to buy it for you computer so you can sue it when your not online. Go to fitday.com. This site will ask you all your measurements and weight. Then you type in how much weight you want to lose in how much time. The program will tell you how many calories a day to eat so that you lose the weight you typed in. Everyday you enter into the program what you ate and what you did, your activities for the day, and it will tell you how many calories you ate and burned. This helps you a lot. Ive done it and it worked for me. This wont cost you anything. Continue eating the healthy foods you are eating now, just type it in the program and it will count the calories. Don't go over your daily amount that the program gives you. You will be losing weight at what ever pace you set for yourself.I'm here if you have any questions. I can help you figure out the program if you need me to. Good luck!

You might have to check your BMI before you carry on with your weight loss program.. Losing weight should be enjoyed which means you give it time, the quicker you want to lose weight is drastic.. Cutting calories as well is fine, but you have got to have a specific calories that you take each day considering your BMI or weight....for a normal i think is 2000 calories... 1500-1800 can be used... then for overweight or obese( which i think this is not for you) is 1200calories...proteins can make you feel full for a certain time... in between snacks that is included in you calorie count will be good to prevent you from getting hungr, but if ever you are feeling hungry in after meals--drink water, it might not hunger that youre feeling but thirst... Also consider of letting your food to be digested, it takes 4 hours for a person to get hungry means your food is digested already after 4 hours.. After that you may want to have a meal or snack... balance, discipline and take time ;-)

Hi,I'm also sitting and typing in the office, my weight is nearly 53KG now. It's fatter that before.I think the main reason is that I don't so sports usually and eat more there days. When i'm in the colleage,I ate moderate and ofen ran or paly volleyball ,so the weight is nice. But now, I rarely move in whole day,so the weight is higer and higer. So eat moderate but less sweet food and exercise more,it will make you slim.

Swimming is the best method for losing weight. It is better for you to eat breakfast well and dinner little. Catch every chance to do exercise, such as climb stairs instead of taking elevator, do some simple physical jerks while watching TV instead of being a couch potato, do housework as frenquently as possible, and so forth. I consider the importance of losing weight is insistance. Never eat so-called losing-weight medicines. I believe you will have a healthy and fit body.
