It was a frustrating experience for me taking the driving tests. I thought I would pass the test the very fast time. Big disappointment ! The test master said I was driving over the speed limit. I didn't even see the sign, and I wondered how I missed it. Here comes the second time ! Failed again ! I didn't stop at the stop sign ! Too much in a hurry. Oh, I was so glad the third time. Every thing went well. It was one of my happiest day in life when the test master said "Congratulations" ! I responded "Really ?" , and he just laughed ! Oh, such a big relief ! A day to celebrate ! How did you do myLotters ? Did you pass the driving test the very first time ?

Yes, I passed the test my first time. I got my license when I was sixteen, as soon as I legally could! LOL I passed the written test, then they took me out driving. I was so nervous! I had just seen one guy come in who had failed, and he looked like he was about to cry.

No I didnt pass my first time I couldn't parrale park I was so dissapointed thats all I did is practiced. I failed the second time for the same reason. I was so upset and dissapointed. The third time was a failure. I decided to give up for a while. a few years went by and I decided to try again. I found someone to work with me and help me parrel park. I was practicing every night. I went to the place and practiced after hours in the parrele spot. Finally I went to take the test the fourth time and I finally got it I was so excited I couldn't belive it. Parrele parking was just so hard for me. I am glad I got my licince I have had it for about 3 in a half years now. but I didnt get it till I was 29

Well, I have never had a Drivers license. Most of it is by choice. Personally I have not had the Best of site for a while now, so I am Glad I do not drive. Back when I was wanting to drive there were a lot of issues that have really made me not want to drive as well. But Glad to hear that even though it took you 3 times you were able to finally get your Drivers License as well.

Well, I guess I had to get the driver's license out of necessity. I needed to drive to my work place in the first place, on top of all. I do go out-of-town some times on my holidays, but that's just once in a while.

I did not in fact pass my driving the test the first time. Do not feel bad though because a lot of people do badly their first time. Driving takes lots of practice and I guess that your hard work really paid off. Yes, and go celebrate, you did not give up and you finally passed!

The problem for me was not passing the test - it was actually going for the test. I got a learners license thrice but forgot or was too busy to go for the final test to get my license. Finally I got mine about a year ago!

I passed my test the very first time. My instructor was very easy to please,He didn't make me do anything difficult at all. In fact, I was only in the car for about five or 10 minutes.it was way easier than I thought it was going to be. Two of my friends took the test at the same place that I did and it was the same for them.

Hi Greenline, I did not have any frustrating experience like your's while taking the driving test. As i was already driving around for about 2 years since high school i wasn't much bothered. There was nothing to worry even if i did not get through, in any case i was perfect on the road for any cop to suspect anything wrong.

Yes and I was 18 years old. I hadn't driven that much beforehand neither. I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I was kind of nervous with the computer part of the test and actually thought i failed it but I didn't. The driving test was easy plus a had a very nice lady that coached me very well.

Oh, your record was broken by me. I got my licence in the fourth test. The first time, I forgot turning on the car light when I asked for a tour. The second time, I failed in a stop control. The third, I didn't turn back my head while reserving park on road. The last time, maybe the test master was fed up with my presence and so let me pass. Ha ha.

Oh Coldmoon , I am so so sad now because you broke my record. I thought nobody can break my record ! Ha ha ! Any way , I am glad that you have now passed and got the driver's license. But don't break my record again ignoring the red light !! LOL ! Have a nice day !

Thankfully I did pass the driving test the very first time I took it. I got too many speeding tickets when I was younger and got my license suspended when I was 19, so I had to re-take the test... And I passed the first time that time as well, thank goodness! I can see how it would be frustrating to fail. Aside from the nervousness, there is all the time spent waiting at the office to take the test.

The first time I took my drivers test I ended up with this woman that was all uptight and freaking out from the moment she got in the car with me. I ended up making quite a few mistakes. I was mad at her then but now that I look back on it I realize that if I could handle her acting like that then maybe I wasn't ready to drive because how would I have handled a worse situation in a vehicle? So she actually helped me doing what she did.

Right , you have to be thankful to her. I suppose she was helping you in her own way ! That was helpful !

Oh I'm very curious to know if it is difficult to get a driving liscense too because I'm gonna do it. I wonder how hard it is in ratio, what would you rate it out of 10? How difficult?
@greenline (14838)
• Canada
30 Mar 09
If you are well trained and well prepared, it would be easy and the rating would be 1. Otherwise it can be as difficult as 10. So, practise and be comfortable before you go for the test ! You would be fine ! Best of luck to you !

I failed in the first time. That day I was so nervous that my whole body was shaking like a jam. I didn't stop at the stop sign, beacause the car was switched off the motor suddenly. The second time I passed, and now I have drived for one year.
