I will continue my job because they are genuine! i got $66! this is my second highest payment from online earning site! how can i leave the genuine site?

I wouldn't see why not, their earnings policies are still fairly reasonable.

I will be continuing there, though I may be difficult for me to post everything regarding debt.As I am having referrals there, I will be active there and post for atleast for 30 cents there so that I can reach the minimum payout in a month. Still I am having referral there who are inactive as we all had doubts on their payment.

It will still be an additional income so why not? anyway for the sake of paying us there, then why not continue since we know that it is legitimate right? They really have to impost this rules because people are already abusing the sit in the way they post nonsense things and yet they still get paid. So the site will be improved quality wise and at the same time, maintain it's focus on the topics such as debt, saving, budget, etc. And this is what DD different from other sites too at least.
