you know apparently, you should follow a very strict schedule when using this cinnamon honey diet thing. otherwise it has no effect. that's what i've been told but never tried it myself.

Actually, I read an article once about how the cinnamon and honey method could actually reduce blood pressure and prevent diabetes, heart disease, reverse the aging process (more or less of course) and prevent cancer etc.If anyone out there suffers from other small heath problems or from the one of the ones I listed above let us know if they really are as they claim. val

Not sure what your cinnamon and honey recipe is like. Here are 2 pages that talk about it. The preparation details are also included: http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/honey-and-cinnamon.html http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/cinnamon-and-honey.html our mouth. Note: The honey and cinnamon mixture is definitely not very tasty.

I never actually started any weight loss program, I saw many of my friends doing it, and after a couple of monthes with pain or struggle they were where they started. Than I moved to a new place to work there, and as here I changed a couple of things, actually my lifestyle, I started to loose weight. Every day I come to work by bike. I even cycle to the store, sometimes even walk. So my opinion and what I saw everywhere is that all lifestyle has its weight for each person, if you change you lifestyle than you'll loose weight. Just a short example: at a superstore everyone is searching for the parking slot next to the entrance/exit. Park as far as you can, walk, it'll has a couple of advantages like no scratches on the car, and some kilos can go away.
