Do you always stay up? What would you do if you feel sleepy the next day?

I often stay up to 2pm in the night. This makes me really sleepy the next day. In order to be conscious, I often drink a lot of coffee. But one of my friends told me that it is not healthy to drink coffee so much. I have a lot of work to do every day. That's why I have to stay until 2pm every night. So my friends, do you always live like this? Do you have any suggestions to be conscious the next day? Please share your idea.

So, during basic training, it felt like we never got enough sleep and combined with classes in warm rooms, we did tend to have an issue with staying awake. There were two ways to stay awake: stand up or drink water. Other than that, there's the option of naps, or just getting used to sleeping less hours which seemed to work out for me as well.

HI Friend, I also have gon under the same scenario when I had to work early morning. The best thing is to engage yourself with your work and also keep talking with other people around you. having coffee or tea can help you in some extent but also have some bad effects. One more thing, nothing can replace sleep, so whenever you get chance take a short sleep and a full day sleep on holiday.. Happy Sleeping

This happens to me once in a while. I try to keep myself busy so that I can stay awake. LOL1 Of course, I always have to have my caffeine fix everyday but 1 cup a day is enough for me. What I do is I do all that I can in a day for work. When I go home, I make sure I have nothing else to do but play and spend time with my daughter. Maybe you just need to do some time management.
