I've just finished reading "Brisingr", book three of the inheritance cycle of Eragon by Christopher Paolini. That book is a birthday gift from my Hubby :) Salute for Paolini works on his second and third book of the Inheritance cycle, the story are more attractive and not boring as the first book. I enjoy the story on this book, as it more interesting and revealing some unexpected plot. Compared to Tolkien Lord of The Rings trilogy this book is 7 out of 10 (I give LOTR 10). What's the last book you read ? Is it interesting ?

I jus finished reading "Devil May Cry" which is one of the books in Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series. There are so many books in the series that I want to read I cannot wait to get more. It is a paranormal romance and it is great. I highly suggest reading her books.

Yes this is a really interesting question. This was a long time ago I think. My last book was the German one "Die Welle" from the autor Gudrun Pausewang, a interesting story about a gigantic atomic catastrophe.

I seldom have the time to read book although I very much enjoy reading classics. One of my favorites is "War and Peace" by Leo Tolstoy ! The book was very good, and so was the movie !

When I read at public places I also love to read pocket book, I love reading those chicken soup series for that. That's help me killing time with inspirational stories. I can't concentrate reading fiction at public places.

I've heard a lot of good things about "Brisingr" but I haven't managed to pick it up. I managed to finish a chick lit book a couple of days ago called "Who You Know" by Theresa Allen. It wasn't anything special. You see, I pick up these books expecting them to be MORE interesting because they're all about a topic that's "easier to think about", but it actually turns out that they can be more boring and forgettable than the good "real literature" books.

Yeah, I ever had the same experience with you. I only spent 15 minutes on that boring book first page and then use the book as my shooing away flies :)

The last book I have read was True Crime by Michael Mewshaw. I have read it many times over the years and it is still an interesting book to me. I have always liked crime and mystery novels. I guess it all started with my addiction to Nancy Drew books when I was younger!

I also love mystery novels. Agatha Christie and Mary Higgins Clark are my favorite author. As for Nancy Drew, I'm enjoying playing it's PC games.

The last book I read was "The Hitchhiker's Guide" by Douglas Adams. The whole book DRIPPED of British humour, and I just loved it. :D I'm looking for another book to read now, but I've been kind of busy and haven't found the time to discover a new one. Sigh. Work gets in the way of everything. ;)

The last book i've read and still reading is the "Notes from A Small Island". Its a book given to me by my fiance last January this year. Its a book written by Bill Bryson whom he writes his travel experience in England. I haven't finish reading it yet but i can say that the story is really interesting. My fiance give it to me as a present because he knows that i will like the story.

Hi lusirafa I usually have two books on the go - one that I read during my lunch break at work and one that I read at home (before bed or whenever I get a spare moment!). I recently finished my 'at work' book, To Kill A Mockingbird - a real classic but one that I'd never got round to reading till now. I did English Lit at university and found that analysing old classics so closely kind of took the enjoyment out of them, so it's been ages since I read anything like that. The book I started at work after finishing Mockingbird is called The Expected One, by Kathleen McGowan. It's a religious conspiracy story - along the lines of 'Jesus and Mary were married and had children and a modern day person has to uncover the secret/fulfil a prophecy', as so many books seem to be these days. It's very well-written though and I'm really enjoying it. At home I'm reading The Children of Hurin by Tolkien...it's set waaaaay before Lord of the Rings, but is easier to get into than The Silmarillion (which I've read but need to re-read to try and understand it all!). Happy reading and best wishes! Teedyboo :o)

I personally just finished the Twilight series for the 4th time. It doesn't matter how many times I read these books, I just never seem to get sick of them. I am going to try to find another series cause I just seem to go through books to fast. I just finished a 4 book series in a week so that should tell you something,LOL. It is good that you like to read, hopefully you find something else that interests you to read. Good luck and happy mylotting.

Sandworms of Dune, the conclusion of the epic Dune saga. Didn't like the way the story ended. I also finished Angels & Demons (Dan Brown), very good story, very exciting

The last book I read was pretty long time ago. It was "False Impression" by Geffrey Archer. Yea pretty interesting. But when you compare with the other collections of Geffrey archer I would say it scored little less. For long time I'm sort of busy with work and just pass my free time with friends and internet. Have to find one soon.

I'm currently reading Inkheart, if you liked Eragon i'm sure you will love it! It tends to take me a bit longer to read a fantasy. I haven't yet got round to LOTR even though i'd love to because the films were amazing!

The last book that I read was the Lord of the Rings. Tolkien's imagination is really wide. And I like the book very much. I rate LOTR 10. I can help but read the book until I finish it.

The last book I read was "East of Eden". I really enjoyed it. I got really caught up in the story and the characters are amazing. It is a long read, 600+ pages but I did not want it to end. I finished over a month ago, so I need a new book to read. I need to go to half priced books to find something great.

Well, the last book I read is about making money. Its' topic actually is about how to play stock market. I know it is so complicated to buy and sell stocks. I just have some interests in this. So the first thing I do is to find a book to read. This book talks about Buffett. I learned his way to make money. Also his wisdom in handling complex enviroment.
