I have my regular exercise every afternoon. sometimes i eat snacks before i do it, sometimes also i feel that my stomach is aching but mostly its very overwhelming because i feel that what i had eaten is already gone. its just like i feel empty again. i do light exercises only in order to be physically fit and that's all. just wanna ask if is it good or bad to do some exercise after you eat? can this simple problem can also be a serious problem? please i need your reaction and opinion to this discussion. thanks in advance.

I don't think exercising after you eat would be a bad thing. I mean I've done it before for about 3-4 months and it didn't give me any problems. I think it's also healthy to exercise after eating.

Hi,
Pl note the following:-
1)Take enough water before,if U think that U r dehydrating during exercise.
2)Donot exercise(aerobic) when Ur body is depleted of nutrients(before Breakfast).
3)Dont exercise immediately after eating.Body shifts fluid from muscles to GItract after meal/snacks.Do exercise, after 1/2 hr.
I hope Ur ques/apprehensions are answered.

Sometimes I am hungry before I exercise, so I eat something light like yogurt to take the edge off of my hunger, this way I don't get distracted when I'm exercising and I can get a good workout.
