I usually sleep in a t-shirt and pajamas bottoms. This is what I usually wear to go to bed. However, if it's really hot, then I may take my bottoms off, and simply wear underwear. When it's a really hot night, it's just a t-shirt and underwear, and that's it.

At least I'm not the only one whose wardrobe changes with the seasons. I really need to get some summery type jammies. That way I can have bedtime during the winter.

i used to sleep with my undies on only before because i don't have a room mate but when i moved in to a new city (work related), i moved in to a room with a room mate. i always wear pajama because she always turn the airconditioner on and i don't like being cold that much.

But this not decided by your mood. Improve this practice. Otherwise it is not good in long run. You are developing bad habits in yourself.

It usually depends where I sleep, if I sleep with the wife (not often, I snore too loud) or sleep in the recliner or couch in living room, I usually am in lounge pants or sleep shorts. If I sleep upstairs in "my room" I sleep in lounge pants, or at times, naked if I am too warm, but I keep sheets pulled up if I am naked.
