I would not know how to be a good manager. It seems to me that I am too open-minded and I let other people determine their level of performance. Cheers!!

I think if you get along well enough with other people and are able to see both sides of a story as well as motivate people, then you could well get by without the training. I think skills are gained through experience and sometimes, experience of life and the wisdom gained, puts you in good standing with others... enough so to manage. You do need to be able to distance yourself from friends whilst at work, and to treat everybody the same.

Hi,
I'd like to share my opinion with you^^.
In my opinion,sure it's possible to be a successful manager without management education. There are so many examples.^^
In order to manage the others, the experience, the skill ,and the manager's personality and ability are all important.
and sometime the manager's ability is much more needed.^^

yes, i think u can be a manager w.out education. if u set a good example of working i think people can learn from that.
