Is it possible to be a successful manager, with no management education? Is it experience or just skills need to manage others?

I would not know how to be a good manager. It seems to me that I am too open-minded and I let other people determine their level of performance. Cheers!!

I think managing skills are needed more to become a good experience. I think some people can become good managers while some others cannot.

I think if you get along well enough with other people and are able to see both sides of a story as well as motivate people, then you could well get by without the training. I think skills are gained through experience and sometimes, experience of life and the wisdom gained, puts you in good standing with others... enough so to manage. You do need to be able to distance yourself from friends whilst at work, and to treat everybody the same. Brightest Blessings.

I think a person could manage without an education. It all depends on if they have good managing skills in their life already and know how to use it in a job performance.

Hi, I'd like to share my opinion with you^^. In my opinion, sure it's possible to be a successful manager without management education. There are so many examples.^^ In order to manage the others, the experience, the skill ,and the manager's personality and ability are all important. and sometime the manager's ability is much more needed.^^
