Here there be monsters...

Yep, in Tracy, California, a little girl will never go home to her parents because some monster kidnapped her, did heaven knows what to her and then stuffed her body in a suitcase and dumped it in a pond. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090407/ap_on_re_us/calif_missing_girl;_ylt=Ao_4VIWkoHQScEyvYEzYmRFvzwcF One day maybe there will be a way to cure sociopathic tendencies before the person is able to do anything, but in the meantime there should be a special place in hell reserved for people like this. Anybody want to help me design his hell for him*? *sorry for assuming he's a he, but the odds are...

I don't think sociopaths will ever be able to be cured. I think it's a disorder that is incurable, and one of the sickest disorders we have as humans. I don't think they should be given jail time, I think they should be executed immeadiately. I have no sympathy for them what so ever. It truly is sad that we cannot allow our children to play freely as we did when we were children. It is sad that we can no longer feel safe in our own neighborhoods. That these people could be our neighbor and we may never know it. I hope that this family will know peace soon and at least be able to go on with their lives, though they will have an empty spot forever. Namaste-Anora

I think you're probably right (sadly). In this case, the story took a strange twist over the weekend. The killer turned out to be the mother of a friend of the victim. No information on why and how yet. Yes, I do hope that her family manages to get through this. I'm sure it's going to take a lot of time though.

I don't feel sorry for her at all but in addition to the family of the girl she killed, her daughter is now without her friend and her mother. Sad.

According to the Bible, his/her hell isn't going to be fun. I do agree something needs to be done now before another child is taken from their loving family. I don't remember the year, but a small child was taken from her bed while everyone was sleeping. It took some time, but they did find her remains not far from where I live. Before I left Nashville, TN, a young girl was taken from the front of her house as she was waiting for the bus. She has never been found sad to say. I think a person that hurts a child in any form should be punished in such a way that maybe just maybe that other people will think twice about doing it.

I wish that punishment would make other people think twice, but it seems as if child molestation is some kind of a sick compulsion that people can't control.

That's why the punishment has to be so bad, that it would make the sickest child molester to the cruelest serial killer from thinking twice from even thinking about doing something. Only thing is finding that punishment that would make them think twice.

There are evil people everywhere, I hate to say it, and my heart goes out to the family of the girl, but if you want to find the killer, a lot of DNA test and eyewitness testimony are going to be needed to find this monster and bring him to justice. It could take months, or it could take years. I say let Karma take care of him. He will get his justice.

Oh I would love to help you design this person's hell. It is horrible that there are people out there that have the capability to do this to a little girl. I've been watching this on the news and so hoped they would find her safe...of course I always hope they will find them all. It seems that we have to teach our children that it's not the monsters under their bed thay need to worry about.

It's very difficult for me to put into permissible words how I feel about a person such as this one. Actually, "person" is too complimentary because he's nothing but an animal. I say throw him in jail for the rest of his life and broadcast to the entire prison population who he is and what he's done. No solitary, no protection, just chuck him into the yard and let them at it. Scumbag. And that's just this existence too. Hell or it's equivalent will then make all of that seem like a holiday. He's earned all of it.

I am sure there is a hell for all, this is why I believe in reincarnation. If they don't get it in this life they will in the next, next time he get to be the little girl, but that doesn't stop anything does it? We must be missing a step or two here don't you think?

mine is 9 and a week today.... it's horrid to think that we can't let our kids skip down the street. I have a special hate for folks who harm kids, so I've had lots of ideas of where they should go next. To help them get there I think some mid-evil tactics were nice.

Wow, that is so sad. I think that people like that are in need of some serious help. Two wrongs wouldn't make a right but I do understand how you feel. There is a little girl that's been missing for almost six or seven weeks now. Her name is Haley.... I am praying that she will still be alive if and when the police find something. But chances are slim the longer that she is missing. I hope that you will help me lift her up in prayer so that she can return back to her loved ones.....This kind of stuff is just sick...........

I agree with you completely. I really do not understand how a person can look in a child's eyes and kill them, rape them, or hurt them in any kind of way. There are a lot sick people in this world that we live in. You are right in saying that they all deserve a special place in hell. I am sure this person will get what he deserves. No person that does harm to children. or anyone for that matter, serves to live a good life.

I don't think I could ever come to terms with my child dying in such a manner. If they were killed in an accident or an illness I suppose I could eventually find some peace. But to imagine what she endured would kill me! Those poor parents! My heart just breaks for them. She was such a beautiful little girl.
