What can you say about the movie "Passion of the Christ"? For me it is such a great masterpiece from Mel Gibson. It has done a great interpretation on the passion and death of Christ. It made me realize the cruelty of man's sinfulness. It made me also realize how great victor Christ is for conquering such a horrible death. Truly Christ is a great victor.

When the movie, Passion of the Christ came out, our church also reserved the whole theater to watch it. It was a very dramatic movie, which help me realize even more of what Jesus Christ endured for our sins.

This is a GREAT movie, and I cried, and cried through out the movie. The only thing that bothered me about the making of the movie was it was all in Greek/Hebrew and I like watching the actors faces and body expressions while they talk but I was unable to in this movie because I spent most of it reading the bottom screen. I knoe Mel did this to make it as real as possible, but it would have been nice to a version of it in English. But no matter is was a very impactful movie that touched me dearly. I mean you read about what happen to Jesus in the Bible and it makes you said but to see a movie/picture of it that really puts it into perspective for you. Awesome Movie!! Thanks and God Bless!!

Hi cristine3276! I remember that I did not finished this movie when I first watched it due to the cruelty and harshness given to Christ, particularly the scene where Jesus was being punished (scourged) by the Roman Soldiers. I could not take the scenes anymore that I could really feel and emotionally hurt by every whip given to Christ. Just this Holy Friday, I was fortunate to catch this movie in one christian channel in television. I appreciated more the sacrificed that He did for me. He did not only suffered physical punishment but most specially the agony of being left alone by your friends and people you love and humiliation in the cross. But all these things have not stopped Him from finishing the plan and purpose of God the Father. He had endured everything to give me new hope and life. Halleluah! "No greater love is this, that He gave His own life for his friends"

I knew what Jesus Christ went through, or at least I thought I did until I watched the movie, and it brought a whole new meaning to me by watching the Passion of the Christ, what he truly endured for our sins, that we may live.

It is a heartbreaking movie. It really made me reflect on how cruel I am as a person, however I am thankful how great His love for me.

This is such an awesome movie. I remember that one of my friends went to see it, and she was praying a Rosary the entire time. When I went to the theater to see it, I could not stop crying at all. Just think, though...as realistic and as graphic as this movie was, it could never compare with the actual event.
