Do you wear bangles as an ornament for beauty?

I am not very fond of bangles, but I wear them sometimes because I think they add to my beauty. I wear bangles especially when I wear a nice saree, I go for glass bangles of the same color as that of saree. I use gold bangles when I go for functions like wedding. I like to see women with arms full of glass bangles. In north India, after marriage girls have to wear a particular type of red bangles for some period of time. So, if you see a girl with those bangles, it is clear that she is newly married.

I love jewelry, but bangles are out of the question for me. My wrist is one area I just can't stand to have any jewelry. I can wear rings, necklaces, ear rings, body jewelry and none of that bother me. Having something on my wrist just drives me nuts.

I only wear one bracelet and a watch on my wrists.

I don't wear Bangles because i am a boy, as you said it applies to girls , the real beauty lies in when a girl wear bangles in a different colors , you can see this tredition in a villages in india especially in south parts of India , but i feel pity on city because they feel some what uneasy to wear bangles....i like if girls wear bangles......Thanks for a nice discussion Posting in My lot.

Despite of winter,i would choose some peculiar bangles as an ornament.The national features bangles are my favourite,but they are not very cheap.Some glass bangles is ok,but it seems have no special styles.The most is i could not choose the heavier one,it would become my burden when i`m walking.
