Have you ever drank from the faucet in your C.R.?

Well, at times when I am "out of my normal self", I just do things that aren't normal. And yes, drinking from the faucet in the comfort room is one of those not normal things I have done. Have you ever done this? Though it is safe to assume that the water from the C.R. is safe because it is just the same water as in the kitchen, would you still dare to drink from the C.R.?

Faucets generally share the same pipes, and the water doesn't know or care where it's going. I'd never drink from the toilet or from a public restroom faucet, but at home I know it's all the same and equally clean, so why not?

Nope i haven't and i will never do that. Faucet on toilets specially public ones are really dirty. I don't rely on tap waters. We have a filter at home, we do get our drinking water from that one, but not on the CR faucet. We use that for brushing teeth, but not for drinking. maybe for washing and cleaning stuffs, or pet to drink on our faucet. But not for human since it is not good for health.

I don't try to make that as a habit. I don't want to set an example to my younger siblings. Therefore I boil enough water daily. We don't have enough money to install the water filter (one cost around 1000 MYR) so I keep water that I want to boil or use for cooking in a big bucket for a certain period before using them. I hope the chemical or stuffs in the water will go to the bottom and make it a bit safer.
