When the clock tick to the right time, do you leave as quick as you can? I used to do that in all my passed jobs. Once in a while, I might need to work over time but I got extra paid for that so it was fine. Other than that, I didn't need to stay and I always finished my work very promptly so I had no problem to deal with a tones of work.
How about you?

That's whole differnet animal. The more you work, the more you gain, I wouldn't be complaining if I had my own business and needed to work hard.

Hello mermaidivy,
I am an early bird. I have a lots of work but I will make sure I can finish them all at the end of the day. Right at 4.30 pm every day, I am one of those who are eager to punch my card and go back. I don't like to stay if I have nothing to do. Furthermore, I miss my only son and always look forward to see him at the end of the day.

I know what you mean, I feel the same way, when I was at work still, I just wanted to go home and see my family after work. Thanks for responding! :-)

Hi mermaid...Years ago I would arrive early to work and stay later. However I quickly learned that it wasn't appreciated and I didn't get any overtime so I stopped doing it. Now I arrive on time and I leave on time.

I know what you meant, I used to work at a bank, I arrived work on time and did extra to make sure I finish my work everyday and even more than that but everytime when I leave work, they were like "Wow so early... have you done everything yet?" Just because I go to work early or on time, leaving on time doens't mean I don't do my work. I don't mind people giving me hard time about that as long as my manager know what I'm doing. Thanks for sharing! :-)

I usually one of those who go home way past our working hours. It's not being hardworking or anything, it just that there's too many to do and there's only short time to complete it. I hate bringing the work home. If I start and leave on time, I'll never meet the deadline.

Sounds like my hubby... never leave work on time, never bring work home.

I don't always get out of work on time. Sometimes I get sent home early, and sometimes I leave late. It just depends on how busy we are at work. Like Tuesday night, I was scheduled to get out at 1:30AM, and we didn't get out until 2:30AM. We were busy right up until closing time. It was definitely hectic.
