I agree with you on that one.I don't like people posting with 1 or 2 words answer.It just makes me feel that they are not sincere to make their comments. Mylot is a very good place to view discussions about anything under the place.The earnings are just a little bonus.Furthermore, you get to interact with people all over the world.It is truly a great site.I hope to see more members posting quality posts in the future.

Friendships are an important and valued benefit of MyLot that I cherish. I have had long stimulating discussions on MyLot that have left me thinking quite a bit. * I do need money. My small fixed income doesn't meet the demands of inflation as well as it needs to. MyLot does help with that for which I am grateful. * As for junk posts, they are simply bad. They are bad for making friends, people do not want to read junk. They are bad for making money, they are poor earners. * Not all junk posts are deliberate junk. There are many here who don't speak English as a first language. They struggle mightily with a language that is full of spelling land mines and grammar ordinances. Disabled people who suffer from everything from dyslexia to visual impairments fight with text that doesn't cooperate. Then there are dial up modems that frustrate owners on this graphic intensive nightmare of a site.

rocketsky, I am sure everyone from the administrators right down to the members level are agreeable with what you have brought up. To be honest, I do not think we can deny that money is the motivation and concern here for all of us. However, I assume that the administrators will be ever on the alert and stringent on those who infringes the TOS with the culprits' post deleted and brought to task. Since you are new, let me divulge for the benefit and stark warning for all others here who are new like you that, there was a "house cleaning" recently where about 300 members got terminated and earnings obliterated. Yes, the administrators are quite active here and it will just be a matter of time when they will catch up with the repeat errant party and action will be taken. On the hind note, I do agree with you that this site is also quite a social networking site but with a much bigger BANG, where it pays for genuine and hardworking efforts. And, yes I did make a few good friends here and still am, which is also making my stay here an enjoyable one. So, I hope that you will be enjoying your stay here as well. Most of them are new bies. They don't know how to attract us to their discussions and that is why they are creating more and more discussion and don't care about quality. With time they can understand. I am not that smart now but I also used to start those weird discussions like your underwear color, or Belive in God or How many pens do you have etc. but with time, I understood that with quality only we can win hearts here and make more and more friends. I am sure one day they will understand and will start posting quality discussions. God bless you.

but sometime lots of people here the purpose is to find some extra income, its because they wanted to gain some cents, they need to post some discussion in hoping people will response it, but sadly some of us doesn't like it, but please, try to understand them, all of us have our own purposes why we are here,but ofcourse money is the reason, don't deny it. if you don't like that kind of discussion try to find some interesting one. peace

ive been here for quite awhile already and i have to admit that i sometimes get pi$$ed on people complaining about their earnings. actually no one knows how mylot pays so i guess there is no use on asking and asking. stop complaining and just do the right thing. it is fun to earn here as long as you dont worry to much. the more you think about the money it will no longer be fun it will be stressful already

Very true, sad to say that most of users here are just opt for the money without thinking that the quality of the site would degrade. That's what happened to the site i have been to last week as it closes it's revenue to pay it's members. Up to now i still feel sad about what happened because that site was paying it's members on time, and it was never been delayed in paying, actually it was the best paying and fastest site till trolls and spammers destroyed it and now it is not paying anymore. I hope this site continue to be strong since it has been online for two years or more. And we as members should be doing our very best to also follow the rules implemented here.

Actually I joined mylot because i know that i could earn extra bux. I think the kind of people who usually do a one liner posts doesn't really care about the real purpose of mylot. earning money here would just be incentives for participating. but having a fruitful discussion would be priceless :)

when i post to a discussion hopefully i am contributing something useful to the conversation at least that is my hope. I'm not a great writer by any stretch of the imagination but hopefully when i make a post to someone's discussion they will like it as i am only trying to be a useful contributer to the site to me the money is a nice bonus. i joined because of a friend of mine referred me to the site.

Hello rocketsky I agree with you. But I wonder if those persons who post a lot of posts would read your post anyway. Some of them even don't reply to the responses, I mean I have replied some (which are quite interesting topics), but it seems that no one would even think of giving replies to the answers. The purpose of those posts is so obvious. I have this question in mind for so long, but I don't want to hurt anyone here, but the problem is they are harming the atmosphere here, it makes the site like we are all fools talking silly things.

I also feel the same way. I just hope that this people will able to read this post so that they would stop writing illogically things.

Yea, it's true what you say...Some people just get blinded at the thought of earning money i guess? So far, mylotting expereince have been pleasant here and i earn alot cz i post responses that are relevant and somehow helpful. If people were to just stop worrying about earning for just one second, they'll realize that mylotting is actually a very fun thing to do, not to mention the creative answers you'd get and advice that probably gives you that confidence boost you were seeking...lol ^_^

Yeah!!! I come to mylot for many reasons including making money.But the most important reason is to practice my English and make friends overseas.I think it is cool to talk with foreigners because we are so different at some point. Wish you good luck on mylot!

Good suggestion. Actually to be honest with you, I joined mylot because I wanted to earn online. In fact, mylot is the very first site that I was able to earn my very first dollars. But now that I have been here for quite a time, I do not mind much how much I earn but rather I enjoyed more from posting and responding to the post. I also gained many friends and was able to receive great advices from them. Truly this is wonderful, not for the earnings but for the reasons of friendship, knowledge and interacting. These are what I call bonuses that we get from joining here.

Just to inform you - There are THOSE of us who do care about the money AND the quality of the posts like myself. Please do not think it is all that black and white because it isn't and you will find more shades of grey than you think. The one liners I have problems with, I think they should be ridden of, but the other category like the one I'm in there should be no problem with. Let's face it many of us are still here because of the money, it's ONE of the significant reasons we're here. If I'm wrong, then be my guest and quit mylot and go join myspace which is FAR MORE advanced than mylot except "Tom" won't be sharing a penny with you.

haha,nice,maybe your consideration is right,money is not the most important thing for joining to mylot,in addtion to,I want to say something else,advancing your English level is impottant too.
