How many hours you work on the computer a day?

I generally spend about 6-7 hours on the internet( which are left out of my college time). I wish that I could spend a bit more. And I am quite addicted to internet. Other then internet, I normally do programming stuff chatting with my friends. 30 minutes are too less . It is my serious advice to you to increase your time on computers as you can do a lot of things on your pc.

Wow. I am online all the time. Of course, I go to college online and I do a little bit of work online, but still. It's almost unhealthy how much I'm on. It ranges from at least 7 hours a day to sometimes 14+ hours online at one time. Yeah, I have no life. I know.

12 hours

I start using my computer in the 6 am morning. After 7 am, I go to work and start using my computer desktop in the office. I stop using it at 12 noon and go back using it at 1:30 pm in the afternoon. My work stops at 5:30 pm and I stop using it. I usually got home at 6.30 pm in the evening and use my computer in my room till I got sleepy and bored. I think more than 8 hours computer usage in 24 hours.

I work for about 3-4 hours daily on my laptop.This duration includes net browsing,playing games like CS Condition Zero and CS1.6 and making presentations under my course curricullum.I watch movies occasionally so whenever i watch movies i do not compromise with the above mentioned things.I just take out some extra time from my routine.

i spend about three plus hours

For me, a routine amount of time at my my computer is between 8 and 10 hours daily. I do everything at my computer: research, writing my articles, subscribing to clubs and, of course, reading the daily news and papers. As I am retired, the computer is my 'work' base and every bit of information I need is there. Furthermore, I find that being on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter adds more minutes on to the ever increasing time spent looking at a screen. In fact, the only time I am not at my computer is when I am talking to family and friends or I am out at some leisure event or I am relaxed at home listening to some music. I often wonder what I would do without a computer and I have to say that my life would dramatically change, and not necessarily for the better!

I work 6-10 hours on the internet.. i don't have a real stable job due to my illness that's why i am working really really hard to make some money online.. you know, i need to purchase medicines for my maintenance, i need to support myself in order to survive, etc.. yay! the money i make online isn't enough to sustain all my needs but i guess complaining isn't the solution to my dilemma.. the best thing i can do for now is to work hundred times harder to achieve my goals..

well for me i sit 5 hrs on internet doing my favorite hobby that is making money . well i cant spend any more time on it because i also have to study for 4 hrs and then also i have t do my daily exercise. well during my time on internet , i mostly sit on mylot posting , so that i can get my first payout as fast as possible ie in 20 days.

hi, i work more then 8hrs on computer as i am a computer engg. it depends on work load some times more some time less.

using computer 30mins is not enough to complete my work~ but,i have to confront the com at least 10 hours a day~holly crap huh~i dont wanna do this anymore~~but my job must need me to face it~ my eyes are going to dry and tired ~~~ and now,i am considering quit it or not

This discussion really get my attention while I was browsing in discussion under computers. I am working in a call center and aside from phone we also use the computer for the customer information. I am working 9 hours a day, thus my eyes are really so tired when I got home because of the computer works and very obedient mouse (in reverse) that will give you headache. But wait there is more. I use my laptop to post here in MyLot and update some emails in other websites. For a minimum of 4 hours. Thus, everyday I consume at least 12 hours a day facing the computer. I guess I need to have my eye check up again next month.

Computer is my hobby. It's open the whole day and do some downloading. If i'm out for lunch or snacks, it's still doing a job for me. 30 minutes is like not using computer at all. Can't do anything except reading emails. Well have fun in using the computer so that you'll stay longer using it. Cheers! Happy mylotting!

Hello, well i am not a specialist but i spend 5 to 6 hours a day sometimes more on the computer theres just so much to do on the internet and when i am out and about i bring my laptop with me. I don,t drink much or go out partying the computer is my thing. Take care.

I always on the computer 10 hours a day at least,and half on the intertnet. i like computer though i am not a computer specialist yet. i like to surf on the net where i can got many useful informations and many pleasure.
