Would it be unwise to rely entirely on medications for treating heart failure conditions. The intervention or invasive therapy have gained much momentum and are considered to be gold standard.During an episode of cardiac dysfunction . if thrombolytic measures have been sought, will it be sufficient to continue with medications? What would be the quality of life and life expectancy of the patient in question?

My brother-in-law was recently diagnosed with heart failure. At first, he was simply taking the medication that is regular doctor had prescribe. Then his pastor took him to see a doctor who specializes in "Iridology." He gave him some powders and things to take. Now, because I am staying with my sister and her family at this time, I can testify first hand that he is doing much better than he was with the medication alone.
In fact, I was just teasing him earlier today about just being lazy and not wating to go back to work. It has been very encouraging to see his improvement. This doctor also believe that heart failure can be reversed. This is something that I also believe.

For me personally, I would do my best to avoid medications and surgery. I am big on natural and preventive steps in taking care of my body. But, if those were my only alternatives, I'd probably opt for surgery.

I would think medications is a must unless the doctor is of the opinion that the patient can stop medication. Other than medication, I would think the patient's lifestyle matters. A patient with medical conditions can still lead an active and healthy life. The support of his family and friends helps too. Perhaps a therapist can advise more.

Hello my friend sukumar794 Ji,
I think, change in life style may help the patient in question. For more log on :

Mu mum is a heart patient and the doctor said that she has an enlarged heart and surgery is the only solution for corrective measure. But due to her age we feel that an operation might be fatal and we ask that she only take medications. The number of heart patients is steadily increasing. An alarming feature is that heart attacks are occurring at an earlier age. Switching to a low fat diet, meditation and education about heart ailments can reverse heart disease. People, however, prefer bypass surgery and angioplasty, but they are expensive.
Before anyone suffer from heart disease, they should prevent it from happening by taking care of their diet. A balance vegetarian diet consisting of plenty of fruits, vegetables and reasonable quantity of cereals and pulses is the best diet for health and happiness and is also ideally suitable for keeping a check on diseases such as strokes, heart attacks and cancer. Once you have heart problems it will mean an early passport to the grave but you can still sustain life by total change of lifestyle. Positive thoughts and the zest of happiness have a positive influence on the body.

in my own opinion it is not just the best to rely on just one form of treatment for a heart condition except ot has been proven to be 100% guaranteed ,which i doubt but i think the best treatment for any kind of disease is preventive measures because treatment can more expensive than catching the disease.
