Our hair will be spoiled if too much of shampoo is used. Hair turns grey quickly. Many have the habit of using shampoo daily. It may not be advisable for the hair. Hair will not take it, because there is a kind of chemical in the shampoo that turns the hair grey and we big to look old soon!

Hello cudamani Too much of any thing is bad, particularly those having chemicals All in my family use herbal shampoo once a week usually on sunday, this is free from chemicals, my friends wife uses 'soap nut', this is wonderful.. give it a try.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor

I don't use shampoo everyday. Because my hair is so long that if I wash it everyday, it will be a big project for me. I have my hair wash about 2 or 3 days a time. It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to do it. But once I wash my hair, I will use much shampoo. U know, my hair is very very long.

Hi, cudamani. I wash my hair every week or every two weeks. I have never heard of this before. Do you have an sufficient link to back this theory up?

Shampooing does not make your hair grey. It may dry it out, though, because shampooing too often strips all of the natural oils from your scalp which keeps your hair from drying out. Generally, what you should do is shampoo every second day, but use conditioner every day.
