Psalm 139 says, before I formed you in your mother's womb, I knew you. This is all the proof I need that a baby is a human life at conception. I know that everyone will have an opinion on this and try to discredit my claim, I am ready for you, bring it on!!!

I totally believe that a baby is a human when the cells meet and start reproducing. For those who don't believe that and think a baby isn't a human until it starts breathing, they are full of it.

I actually feel sorry for the people who believe this. But not as sorry as I feel for the lives that they end.

I wouldn't try to discredit you. I do believe that a baby is a human life. The people that say it isn't don't know what they are talking about. You can hear the baby's heartbeat while in the mother. I always have believed that soon as a baby is concieved the breath of life is there.

I have never been able to understnad how an argument that said that there was no life until birth could prevail.

All right girlie, bring it on!!!! Yep, thats right. My granddaughter lost a baby at about 13 weeks. She had to give birth to the baby. She named the baby and got to hold her, she was fully formed just real tiny. her tiny hands still was webbed in between the fingers. At 13 weeks some people are barely showing, some people you can't even tell they are pregnant. I hope people are respectful to you in this discussion. You know my feelings on the issue. But I do have to say that even though I don't believe in aborting babies, I will do my best not to condem or judge those that have done it. Its something that they have to live with and answer to God for.

I am not judging anyone. I am just glad to have the opportunity to state a passage from the Bible that supports my point. I do not want to judge anyone, that is God's job. I think that it is good to show those who may be on the fence about this issue that God is indeed unhappy when we do such things. I am very soory to hear what happened to your granddaughter and great-grandchild. We have to believe that in spite of the pain, God has a reason for everything that happens. Although, at times we do not understand them.

I dont feel like this is proof. Doesn't make sense to me. I think actual human life comes into different people at different times. Some right before birth, some at 6 months, and some maybe at 3 months. There is no physical proof of either your theory or mine. You read that in a book. Regardless of if it was the bible or not, it's still a book. You can't physically see it, and it has not been scientifically proven, which is why I don't see it as proof.

I agree with you. I think this topic is brought up way too much in here. You can argue until your blue in the face, i dont really care because in the end what it comes down to is that its my body and my choice. As a woman, I have the right to chose, so post all the "proof" you want, doesn't change a thing.

It may not change anything for the two of you, but I am talking to the ones that it will make a difference for. Some people want to do the right thing, they just need to know for sure what it is.

LOL AMEN to that Rozie!! I'm with you all the way on this issue!! I do not believe in abortion, no way no how and I'll never ever change my opinion. Life does begin at conception and nobody will convince me otherwise. Besides, if they saw the pictures that I saw, they'd know it too. Unless they're willing to break away from what they've been taught as a young one, they're going to continue to believe what they believe.

One day I looked up the pictures of aborted babies online. I had never seen anything like that before. I could not believe all of the things that they do to achieve this end. It was absolutely horrible and something I will never forget.

Yes, Rozie37! No attempt to discredit you. You are 100% correct! There is indeed life at conception, before we are formed in our mother's womb. God knew all about us before we were even born. Isn't that something, how God knows all about us?? It is somethings that we don't even know about ourselves.

It is amazing, God is awesome. He is so much a part of everything that we are. He knows everything there is to know about us and he loves us anyway.

I have always believed in what you now believe. This is why I am anti abortion. who knows what plans God had for the child that someone murdered?

I've always believed that a baby is a baby from it's first heartbeat. I guess that's why it's so hard for me to understand women killing their babies...to me it's murder, plain and simple. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

My only opinion is that you are absolutely correct! Human life, and any life for that matter, starts at the day of conception. I know that there are some people who believe that life doesn't start until the heart starts to beat or even until birth, but it is like you said, it says in the Bible "Before I formed you in your mother's womb, I knew you." I never have been able to understand how any mother or father could ever argue that, but there have been many to do so. Life starts with conception, that is where it all begins!

Being someone who underwent infertility treatments in order to get pregnant I can tell you that a baby has a heart beat when you are six weeks pregnant, which means that two weeks after implantation there is a heart beat. Actually I was five weeks and three days when I received my first ultrasound, three beautiful heartbeats. The best thing I ever saw, the most precious thing I ever saw in my life.

No argument from me as I feel the same way. I have two daughters that I love dearly. The thought that I could have ended their existence is beyond me. Or the thought that my mother could have ended my life, is just too much. Even though I have had my share of problems, I'm still thankful for life.

Here are some more verses to support you In me you live and move and have your being. Acts 17:28 For you are my offspring. Acts 17:28 I knew you even before you were conceived. Jeremiah 1:4-5 I chose you when I planned creation. Ephesians 1:11-12 You were not a mistake, for all your days are written in my book. Psalm 139:15-16 I determined the exact time of your birth and where you would live. Acts 17:26 You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14 And brought you forth on the day you were born. Psalm 71:6

Hi Rosie. I don't understand what your question is. I do understand that we are all children of God. Yes He knows us even before we get to the mothers womb. Take care, have a nice weekend.

I believe life starts at the moment of conception. All this nonsence about babies not being a human until they are born is all lies and nisleading people from the truth. God is the truth and what you posted about this scripture is true and simple to understand. Thanks for taking a stand for the little ones and giving them a voice.
