Does Anyone Suffer From Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Im not sure if I have carpal tunnel but I started getting pain in my wrists about 3 months ago. My right hand is way worse than my left. It hurts the most write in the middle top of my wrist and especially when I bend it too far foward or back. There is no way I could do a sit up for example because the pain to to extreme.. Does this sound like carpal tunnel?

It sound like it. You need to see the doctor to confirm. It might be something else. I'm always scared of the syndrome since I saw a picture of a hand being operated due to carpal tunnel. Whether it's true or not, I don't want to be in pain to find out. Urgh! So scary! That's why I try my best to rest my hand now and then and do a little exercise to make it relax.
