No, I am rarely doing housework. I know I am wrong. When people tell me need to do housework, I will feel not very well. Because I don’t want someone know I don’t do housework. I like to do it when my mood fine, I can wipe my floor. I can wash cloth and others, don’t need the praise by someone. i like the process of it. I will feel more comfortable when I finished it. Best wishes.

I must admit, yeah, I am always doing something around the house that needs to be done. It's almost 2 am where I am at, and I just recently washed a load of dishes, that I had put to the side and was gonna do in the morning, but I just can't seem to go to bed with out my housework for the day completed. It drives my husband crazy that I will go lay down in bed, and jump back up to finish something because it didn't get done. But I like things in order, I like my house to be picked up, to be in order and everything done before I head off to bed, so there's less stress the next day. I have a schedule that get's done threw out the week and if one things gets left behind, then I feel all behind and over whelmed.

Just like you, I work at home all the household chores. A full time housewife and taking care of 3 children, I usually wake up 4am to cook for them their breakfast and ironing their clothes. I want always that I will be the one cleaning every surrounding of our house and after I finish all my work at home I have to go to my friends and neighbor to get their order for all my business .

I admit I'm not too keen on housework either! My mother is absolutely fanatical about it; her home is spotless and it's like a museum, I have a child and I want my house to be a comfortable place not a sterile environment and that is my excuse for not cleaning as often as my mother does! Having said that I have a list of what needs doing and I allocate a little time each week to work through the list and then forget about it until it's due again. There's more to life...

I don’t have a house yet. I just have a room that I do keep very clean, but I think that is not a sign I will keep my house clean one day. My mom feels she must vacuum everyday even though she has a full time job. She has weird cleaning habits and gets pretty paranoid when her house is not clean. I have done many strange chores as a child to keep our house immaculate clean. It is not livable though. I am always walking on eggshells scared I will mess something up and make her mad. There needs to be a good balance.

There are many times in life that it feels like I am always doing some form of housework, and it never seems like it is always done to where I can just sit back and relax. It would be nice if there would be a week where I could do nothing and worry about nothing, but then the shape of my place would be a disaster for sure. But then if I could afford a Maid, I would not have to worry about it so much as well.

I am always doing housework. Basically everything from the dishes to the laundry and I never get everything done because there is just not enough time. And you do have to be in the mood for it.

Hi fwangaa! I am not always doing housework. I do it when I have to because it needs to be done! I don't want to live in a filthy disgusing house! I don't particularly like cleaning, it's just something that we have to do if we want to live in a comfortable and clean home! There are times when I do have to force myself a bit to do the housework, but when I'm finished and I see how nice it looks I feel so much better!

When I was still busy with my work, I seldom do house works. Relatives do it for me. At present however that I don't work full time, I do a lot of household chores. My children are working and comes at night so nobody would wash their clothes, clean the house, wash the dishes and cook our food. My grandbaby would scatter her toys, her finger foods and leave the mess. I enjoy seeing my grandbaby playing and spending time with her most of the time, however. I sigh sometimes, thinking I thought at this age I'll be resting but anyway this is life. It's still not the right time to take a rest, anyway still we enjoy working though quite tiring sometimes.

I get so mad some times I am engaged and have two children who live with us and my ex brings our youngest two when he goes so school. Its stressfull and irritating when i have to do all the cleaning myself, it's to much I want a maid...lol

My husband and I do the housework in turn. For example, if he washes the dishes this week, then next week I will do the same. It will be fair. I don't like the housework is done by one person only. I love China

I am not always doing housework but I do housework everyday like mop the floor, wash and clean the bathroom & toilet. These 2 things I do everyday. Wherelse for laundry i would do when the laundry basket is half full or 3/4 full. I do housework especially mop the floor everyday is because I like clean floors...can't stand to see dust and hair on the floor. Besides, keeping the house clean my self gives me a sense of satisfaction especially when I go out and when I come back and the first thing I open the wooden door, I see everything in place neat, clean and organized. Not to get praise from others as we seldom have guests in our apartment but more so a sense of self satisfaction. There's only my husband and me in the apartment so it's easy to maintain tidiness and cleanliness.

I do a lot of housework, but it never looks like I've achieved much! If I'm not doing it, it's hanging over my head. I really don't like it, but I guess it has to be done. I have a small child, so I need to be extra considerate of hygiene and health.

hi fwangaa, Just like you, I rarely doing housework also. It is because I am doing my online job for whole day.I always wake up at 4 in the morning to eat my breakfast and shower. At 5, I will start my encoding job. I am doing my encoding job online for so many months now.I am working with 3 encoding jobs for a day. That is the reason I am always online everyday.I will stop encoding at 7 or 8 in the evening. Before signing out, I will chat with my boyfriend for half and sometimes, for an hour.My parents are the one doing house hold chores. And if my sister doesn't have to attend school, she helps mom and dad with the works in the house. I do some household chores also if ever I cannot do my job online but it is just rare.I love to look for work which I can earn so I can help my family financially.

Yeah, all the time and it is really hard time since you have to do all your chores first before you logged in online. It takes time also when you do some cooking and washing clothes is not part of cleaning the house yet, so it takes another time for that. Being a home maker is really difficult. You have to balance everything from working to cleaning and taking care of pets also. How much more can i say if you have kids to look after and also to take care of your husband. So it is really difficult to be a home maker, you are over worked yet under paid.
