My neighbor is mowing my lawn!!! The neighbors don't like the way are yard looks because it isn't mowed but I don't know what to do for them in return. I told her not to but she said if it got any taller a lawn mower wouldn't get through the grass. I asked her what she wanted for it and she said nothing. They really hate the fact we don't mow or she wanted something else to do.

I am so glad that I have no lawn to mow. Living in the city is wonderful for that. I love the concrete jungle.

@mommaj LOL. You might love the city. I love it, I was born and raised here. And I am the the type to stay where I am. Although I might consider moving at some point down the road.

Not really...everybody likes their surroundings to be safe. Taller grass also means possibility of snakes and other insects and rodents. Someday you can cook something nice and send to her as token of appreciation.

@vandana7 I could see where an illness would change people. Especially when they need you.

I did try. LOL I wasn't sure if she was being neighborly or just keeping things the way she wanted them.

I love some greenness and flowers in home. But it needs caring.

My neighbor mows my yard too. It's a small yard. She doesn't mind doing it.

LOL. The difference is do you and your neighbor talk otherwise? I have moved since this post. I have wonderful neighbors and if I ask them to mow the yard as a favor they would. LOL
