Is Madonna too old to be WOW

Is Madonna too old to wow? She's fifty and still dresses like a teenager. Guys, Would you let your wife dress like that and let her go out in public without you? Be honest. So if it's not okay for wife or girlfriend to do why is it okay for Madonna? Or are you the type that your wife can't look but you can? Madonna is lucky enough to have a great body and to afford any surgeries she needs to continue looking that way. She might as well enjoy it while she can.

"Guys, Would you let your wife dress like that and let her go out in public without you?" What a sexist statement! If my wife were Madonna I would be proud of what she can do, no matter what age she were. Why should men control women? That is such outdated thinking and needs to be left in the 18th century.

@TypicalRussian If my husband or any man said those things to me, he better be prepared to do them himself. LOL

@TypicalRussian I thought the revolution in 1918 was supposed to have put paid the that chauvinism and was supposed to give women equal legal status.

the majority of russian men are still sure that wives' duty is to give birth, cook and knit. I am doubting about that and tend to agree with you

We do have to remember that Madonna is an entertainer. So, she can dress like that and get away with it. A regular person would look stupid dressing like her. And yes, she still looks good. If it weren't for her there would be no Lady Gaga.

How true. They all need someone to emanate. If I looked like that I might try to wear that stuff anyway. I did love the early 90s for that. HAHA

@inertia4 She is definitely good at that. Well, we just solved a major problem. If she can recreate herself other people should be able too. So now, she just has to say how. LOL

I have not got very much respect for her. It is like you can only be 'cool' if you dress like a teenager. That is SO not true. You can be cool even dressing like an old lady - it is about the attitude and styling. Match your age and feel free. But do not dress like someone you are not, and Madonna might 'feel' like a teenager - but she should not dress like it, because she is not a teenager. I mean, for gods sake the woman has kids! I would not be proud of being her daughter. I could not imagine my mom doing teenage clothing. I mean my mom has style, that fits her age.

I don't have much respect for her when she dresses like an "undesirable" either. She may have the body to wear it but should she wear it in public? Is that the type of image she wants to portray? If it is, that's her right. I can only hope my daughter sees that as unrespectable and NEGATIVE attention that doesn't last.

Nobody really has the right to tell someone what to do or how to dress. I say if you look that good at Madonna's age, then you are blessed and can wear skinny outfits. Do I think she should dress like a slutty teenager? Not really. But she's a performer. Most normal people at 50 don't dress that way.

Most normal people don't look like that at 50. LOL If I get to 50 and miraculously look like that, I'll be wearing whatever fits. HAHAHA

She dresses like teenagers? Hm.. and those who buy the same designs as she is wearing are also those who dress like teenagers? I don't buy the idea that Madonna dresses like a teenager. What she wears is fine. I think the issue is why we think those who are old must conform to a certain standard of dressing. I mean, what should a 50 year dressed up as? Heard of Tina Turner? She wears mini-skirts. Why? Because she has the best legs in the industry. And those who want to feel good, should wear what they can. Age should not be a factor. Madonna still wows. She has more no.1 records in UK than any other female artists. And she can still produce no.1's in UK. As well as Top 10's in USA. Her concerts made her the top earning artist last year, according to Billboard. So, yes. She wow-ed, and still wows.
