Yes, But I do it very very rarely as I have to be ready to get up right away, to chase my dogs around, or to help out with the kids.. So I tend to sleep in my play clothes.... However sleeping that way is fun under a nice big old fluffy blanket. :) Feels good on the skin, and does not bug ya when tossing and turning. - DNatureofDTrain

I would but with little kids in the house you never know if they are going to visit you in the middle of the night, so it's best to cover up a little

Yes very nice for those hot summer months. Yes my husband and I both sleep naked most of the time. Don't tell anybody!!
