Today the news is that Court has ordered to prove Kasab's actual age. His lawyer is claiming from Day 1 that he is juvenile. At that time, the judge dismissed that after looking at his appearance. From no angel he looks like 18 or less. What is your opinion. I do not know what the result would be, most probably he is not juvenile. But what if he is really juvenile. Then no cases can be framed!. what is your opinion? Does he look anyway juvenile?

Hi subha, Kashab is no way a juvenile and that would be a made up of things. Even if it is a juvenile case he would not be so easily Scott freed. Now if that is a juvenile case there are certain clauses that speak clearly what to do if the criminal is a juvenile. And this is not so an easy case.

Is there any way one can prove he is under 18? Pakistan is yet to accept him as there citizen, so one can't have any proof of age without being citizen of any country.

HI, ya, there are certain machines there which can prove the age of the person. At least can say tentatively what age a person is.

hello krajibg, Ya but that cannot be taken as proof, if it can be still he don't look like under 18, anyway if he had been then a terrorist is terrorist, court should not take decision on a terrorist based on there age. Or if its the case then there are thousands of underaged trained there in training camps, it will be easy for them to send them here involving them to kill people and then say we are juvenile and you cant hang us.

hi subha.i got the feeling that before his judgement arrives, even if kasab is juvenile now,he will be in his prime and his attorney will still ask fori need 2 weeks to study this case again and my client has some doubts over his charge sheet seriously with our week laws,he might go out free too.

Does it really make a difference if he is under 18 or not? Anyway if he is then also on no points any layer can prove that as Pakistan has not yet accepted him as citizen.. so which countries citizenship his layer will show when saying he is a Juvenile. I dont think this will affect this case. He should have provided with the layer just to make sure that he is punished to the earliest, which not seems to happen as this crap layer is defending him like he is his family member.

There is no way anyone can prove he is a juvenile, so that will not be a factor in deciding if he will be punished or not.

If he is proved minor than nothing changes. He has done crime, he has killed lot's of peoples on VT station and was caught on CC camera open firing. What extra proofs are needed just kill him. Give him such a punishment that every terrorist think twice to come here and spread terror.

This is absolutely asinine! I think, when we want to delay justice and dilute the situation then hundred and one issues like this come up. How can Kasab be juvenile? Did he do anything close to being one?!

Hi Subha , I feel that this is a very ridiculous .How come he has suddenly become a juvenile . It reminds me of a saying in Hindi : "Sau Chuhe (rats) khake Billi Haj ko challi ." (meaning a Cat wants redemption after eating 100 Rats )

I think Kasab should be asked to prove his age. He should prove that he is a juvenile. If he cannot prove it till then he should be treated as an adult and the case should accordingly proceed. From what he has stated till date and the details that he has given about his training a juvenile could not be trained so intensively.
