i think i have both these feelings when a book has already read to the end.during the reading,i`m eager to know the next part, the following story, the chances in a danger part.so when it come to the end,i feel so full for i totally get the whole story, that`s really make me comfortable. but just a moment later,an empty wind flow into my mind, that time, something lost in my life for no other following parts i can read, the novel is finished!it seems i need more books now, that`s the point. any feeling when you`ve finished a book?

That depends on what kind of book i read .I'll feel totly empty if i just finish a love story. But if I read some scintific magazine ,the feeling is full of course. I understand your feeling of full and empty. But I regard the progress of reading it.We enyoj while we are reading, not after it,isn't it? haapy mylotting

I am not much of a reader at all. I do read occasionally though and it makes my head fill full, but sometimes I am empty if the storyline is not good.

It really depends on the book. If it was a really good book I feel really sad because I am going to miss the characters. If it's a terrible book with a terrible ending I feel empty. I just finished reading the Bridget Jones book and I am soooo sad right now. I so loved the main character. She was so real and funny. So right now I am sad and am hoping the author will create a big long series!

Most of the time, I feel pretty good after finishing a book. There was one that, after reading, I was initially disgusted at, but after pondering over it for a while, I changed my mind.

Every time I finish a book I feel full (if the book is really good) but if not I have to find another book that will satisfy me.

I generally feel accomplished. I love finishing a novel. Generally if it is a good author I am left wanting more of their books. That is where I am at now, I want more of the author that I just finished reading: Sherrilyn Kenyon.

It depends on me and the book. Sometimes when I'm done with a book I'm fully satisfied and can put it down with a skip in my step. Sometimes when I'm done, I'm hungry for more just because it was such a good book that I need more story! Usually when I read a book for school or something, I can put it down and say, "Thank God that's over." Or I could throw it across the room. I've read my share of good books, bad book, okay books, amazing books, and horrendous books.
