I can't survive without fruits everyday . And you?

I like all kind of fruits so much that I can't survive without fruits . I can have no any rice or vesgetables but fruits. Grape and apple is my favorite . Every morning I usually eat an apple or after dinner . If there is no any fruit in my hand I will be crazy and try to catch anything to eat . he he he . As a result my skin looks very white and fresh like an apple . I am so pround of it . And you?

before, it is just plain orange juice for the all time tested helper, vitamin c. but since i found out the benefits of fiber which some fruits are very rich in i made it a point to take at least one fruit everyday.

i can survive without it, but i my parents are nice and they like give me fruit (almost force me to eat fruit) cause my parents are a little more health concious.

I love fruit. I eat an apple everyday. It keeps me feeling full and prevents me from doing unnecessary snacking. I usually eat some type of fruit for breakfast too.

I like fruits but I can survive without it. I used to eat fruits couple times a week but I have been eating a lot lesser since I have changed my eating habit. I don't think fruits particularly helps my skin tone or condition.

I had been used to eat fruit in the afternoon after my lunch and at night after having my dinner. I ever tried not to eat fruit for a day, but i felt that i really can't survive without having the taste of fresh fruit in my mouth. My favorite fruits are apple, orange, watermelon and dragon fruit..

It's great to hear that you are so healthy and clearly eat a large amount of fresh fruits each and every day. I do like fruit but I tend to have only 2 or 3 portions a day. I usually have some grapes or maybe a banana. My all time fruit is definitely watermelon but unfortunately in the UK we cannot usually buy watermelons all-year round from most shops. I do love sweet red grapes though!
