comfort?

How do you comfort your friend at times of disheartenment? Do you always see to it that during those moments you are right there by their side? My friends can easily contact me whenever they have problems and because my parent aren't that strict that's why I can freely go to their place whenever she needs someone to talk to. I just usually get entangled with my schedule that's why I sometimes do not get to reach them in those times of despair for them. I love my friends. They are the ones who understand me more than my family does. Being there with them is just one of the those little things I can do for them.

Hi there! I think I'm not very good at comforting friends. I know I am not always available whenever they need my help. I'm also not the type who would sit with a friend and cry with them the whole day. Not that I don't have the heart or do not care for my friends, it's just that I don't like them to sulk in sadness for more than a day cause for me that will not help them. If I am available I will be there for them. I will listen to them whole-heartedly until every bit of sad or anger emotion has came out from them. I will give them advise and immediately console them. That's how I give comfort to my friends. Ciao!

I keep them close and help through their time of need and help out with whatever they need.
