This question is for both men and women. Would you let your wedding be sponsored? In other words would you let a corporation sponsor your wedding. Your wedding would cost you almost nothing, but in exchange the coproration would be able to put their logos where ever they like and advertise at your wedding. This is just hypothetical, it does not matter if you are already married, just pretend you are not and are planning a wedding.

I would jump all over that! Maybe that way I could afford a honeymoon. Why not? Weddings are expensive. We spent over $12,000 on ours and that was 10 years ago. It's so expensive to feed your guests and as soon as you mention "wedding" or "bridal" you can add about 15% to the price of whatever service or product you are buying.

My fiance and I are planning our wedding and had at one point thought about doing "my big redneck wedding" thing, ya know the t.v. show on CMT. We decided against it, we didn't want our wedding to be changed anymore then we wanted it to be, and also well to be honest I don't think either of our family would particular like it, plus that might not be a memory we're to proud of. We saw recently on myspace that you could have your wedding sponsored through that movie coming out, something called The Proposal I believe? Well We wouldn't do that one either. Our wedding isn't costing us to terribly much, in fact we doubt if it will cost us over $3,000 , so we're not too concerned with getting anything sponsored. Besides, who would want wedding photos of a coca cola logo in the back for example?

I would probably get unlucky and have Trojan show up with stickers and free "samples". I'll have to pass on this idea unless Vera Wang, Mens Warehouse, 1-800 Flowers.com and Fedoras at 210 were sponsoring it.

I don't see why not. It would pay for the wedding. I'm sure the guests would understand! Weddings are so expensive and it's only for one day! Getting a sponsorship would remove the worry and burden of having to pay for the wedding. It would be much more relaxing! I don't think it would take away from the romance of the day, as long as the logos were pretty and looking weddingish!

Heck yeah!! Especially if I got to choose which company was doing it. That would save me a lot of cash and my dad would be extra happy..lol..I mean, I am planning a wedding and I see that my fiance and I have totally different views on how it should go but a sponsor would be great!

I think it would depend on the corporation. I probably would if it was a company that I believed in and trusted. Know of any that want to sponsor a wedding? I'm planning one.
