Have you taste ragi dosa?

It is good as wheat dosa for sugar patients.It is greatly appreciated if you are in want of a taste change.Like wheat dosa,it is easy to prepare and eat.Cheers!

It is called Manni- The ragi flour is fried for a while in a little ghee on low fire, then add milk and sugar and keep stirring it until it thicken, finally add some nuts and cardomom powder and spread it on a ghee smeared plate and cut into slices and serve. It is very tasty and very healthy, we give it for small children as it is very easily digestible...
